Dollar Tree — Local services in Shorewood

Idk how it's possible that the business supposedly updated their hours on here 5 days ago because the hours are so wrong. A sign on their door says as of 6/17/22 their hours are reduced to 9am-5pm and closed on Thursdays and Sundays, so once again I drove to a dollar tree that's not open. I've tried to go to a dollar tree 4 times in the last few weeks to get cheap supplies to make toddler busy toys for an upcoming trip, and regardless of the day, the time, or location, I can't ever find one that's open. Will take my business elsewhere since I can't correctly guess where the open one is and when. Terrible business whoever is running this store. This is just another one of many times I’ve stopped and the sign and website say open and all the lights are on but the doors are locked and nobody even answers the phone. What is happening here? Either close it so we know it’s out of business or at least post the proper hours of business. HUGE inconvenience to so many who have supported and frequent this store in the area. I looked on line to find that they were open and when I got to the Shorewood store lights were on and sliding door locked shut. I understand the challenges with staff these days but reduce hours and let your customer know. If management is not aware of their staff shutting down during posted open hours shame on mgmt. These dollar stores are getting worse and worse, selling cheap stuff that I buy on rare occasions including unhealthy food and they don't invest in the community, they seem to do everything to keep costs down including not investing in employees.
