We ordered take out on Christmas Eve. Of course we knew it was going to be busy so we ordered online at 3pm for a 5:30 pick up time. I showed up about 5:50 expecting them to be running behind. I was told it would be about 20 mins before it would be ready. I waited with 30ish other people in the restaurant and watched food slowly…and I mean slowly leave the kitchen. My food finally came out at 7pm, 90 mins after it was supposed to be ready. One of the items wasn’t made and they offered to just give us a replacement dish with shrimp at no extra charge instead. My kid does not like shrimp so I let them know I needed what we ordered. It took another 10 mins and several reminders to get the final item.

The food was not great, at all. Aside from being luke warm chicken in sesame chicken was chewy and low quality, my kids wouldn’t even eat it my item was supposed to be scallops, shrimp and chicken. It had one scallop, 3 pieces of shrimp, and a ton of chicken. Not a great mix for the price. ordered 3 orders of cream cheese wantons and got 1 small container of sweet and sour sauce

Overall, don’t go there on Christmas Eve, you’ll be told the food will be ready in 20 mins (heard this said multiple time to people that walked in) and then wait over an hour for subpar food. Maybe other days are better but we won’t be...

We have been loyal customer for years now. The food was excellent when Sam the old owner ran it. We have gotten take out from time to time and we always get the same stuff which is the Tangerine Chicken , Beef lo main , & Sweet & Sour Shrimp. The Beef lo main has always been done right & it has a really good flavor & you get ALOT for your money ! But it is a hit & miss when it comes down to the Tangerine Chicken the chicken is either done perfect or really dried out & way over cooked & very rubbery & the same goes for the Sweet & Sour Shrimp it's either done perfect or deep fried way to long . We just ate this on Friday & for the most part it was really good but once again the Tangerine Chicken would of been good BUT they BURNT the orange sauce or did something very different to it ! which really ruined the chicken . The staff is very nice & friendly & there take out time has always been around 10 to 15 mins that's fast enough for me. But we WISH for the old owner to buy it back someday ! I really enjoy the food at this restaurant—I have been pleased with the price, portions, and taste. I also wanted to acknowledge how great their staff are. Not only are they kind and gracious, they are accountable. On accident, a staff member charged me for another customer’s order—an overcharge for my order. They realized the mistake within 10 minutes and immediately called to inform me that they would be refunding my money. I know this seems like basic-level business ethics however I was impressed and comforted that they realized their error quickly and resolved it immediately upon realization. This saved me from unnecessary frustration and stress as I would have had to call the restaurant to initiate a resolution. Thanks for being an accountable, aware, and proactive restaurant!
