Shorewood Ace — Local services in Shorewood

Having a hardware store this close has been an absolute game-changer for us, living on Minnewashta Park. This is the closest hardware store I’ve ever had in any home throughout my life, and it’s been incredibly convenient. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly, no matter when I visit. They always make me feel important and genuinely cared for – it’s the little things they do that make a big difference.

Josh, in particular, always ensures that what I need will actually work. I’ve never experienced this level of care and attention in any hardware store before.

For anyone in the Excelsior or Shorewood areas of Minnesota, close to Lake Minnetonka, I highly recommend this local hardware store. Their outstanding service and convenient location make it a go-to spot for all your hardware needs.

I don't get to come in here very often but when I do I'm like a kid in a candy store they have so many items to choose from which makes it a little difficult if you are indecisive like I am and with their prices being low makes it even harder to decide what kind what brand what color the staff is incredible there's always people on the floor if you're having a difficult time choosing what product or what you need their expertise is a great help even if you need to know what aisle something is in they will guide you the store is always clean just a great environment in general really gives...

Went in today to buy a few necessities and there were shoppers without masks. I talked to the staff about it and they didn't seem to care. Person I think was the manager on duty helped them check out and didn't say a word. Clearly this store does not care about the safety of their staff or the public. They lost me as a customer...
