I went in there for the first time. The owner sold me a great mod at onlune prices. I'm subo vapin now for online prices. I sat there and tried numerous flavors and came to the correct conclusion of Razbwrry Cheescake. I loved it..,I was a pack a day smoker and this was yummy. I bought my 3 mg/ml and vaped. I came back to the shop and he fixed my juice complaints I had no problem... mind you; my fiancé has been coming to this shop for years and recommended it. I couldn't be happier. The nic was too strong for me at Mg/ml... pack a day smoker... I vaped and he immediately suited my needs. This guy knows what he is taking about. Had top of the line products and if you have a minor complaint once.. he will make it right!!! I will be coming back here for all of my vape needs... I have been In The vape community since 2008...you can ask questions on the ECFforum.. as I've been apart for 8 years....

The prices and pieces are nice, but the service is absolutely horrible. Only went because it’s the only smoke shop open during the Covid -19. Owner is unfriendly and rude. And even though you “followed” back with an indecent apology, claiming the owners bad behavior is due to Covid-19. It still gives you ZERO reason to treat your customers disrespectfully and bad. Also, you didn’t even ID people who were buying merchandise, totally unprofessional. I don’t care what’s going on, that doesn’t give you the right to treat loyal customers horribly because I’m pretty sure, it’s not gonna add to your business. When I first moved to this state 2 years ago, I had no knowledge of any of the tobacco shops around this area. Well I shopped around and just hated every store I went to, until I went to Shorewood tobacco. Freddy instantly greeted me like a long lost friend, and I kept coming back. A year passes and I see the "help wanted" sign, so i talked to Freddy and he gave me the job the next day. Ive been shopping here for a year and a half, and now that I work here I see every customer as a friend or part of our store family. Freddy is honestly the nicest guy, and an even nicer boss. You just feel like family as soon as you walk...
