FINALLY!!! A solution thanks to the fine folks at Central Vacuum Experts!! My husband and I have been in animal rescue/foster for about a decade. Not only did Jason Carson (very courteous, knowledgeable and professional) LISTEN to our needs, but provided a very professional and knowledgeable senior technician, Jeremy Womble to install our AMAZING central vac system. Only 5 STARS??!! I wish I could give them 10 STARS!! We are so IMPRESSED with these folks that we have offered our contact information for personal reference, which we very rarely do. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! HUGE THANK YOU TO JASON CARSON AND JEREMY WOMBLE!!

1/27/23-Jason and the team at CVE have done it again! We care for foster/rescue pets and have several resident pets. We had an issue with our system a few days ago and Jason had his team here within a few hours!! We vacuum twice a day and Jason knows how important our central vac system is to us. The technicians, Owen, Jeremy and Josh are always on time, professional and courteous. CVE ALWAYS goes on and beyond the call of duty to service our vac needs. When our home was built, the builders "roughed in" a central vac system by installing the outlets and vertical pipes down to the crawl space. We wanted to have our system finished, to include horizontal connecting piping in the crawl space and extending into the garage. We already had a separate circuit for the vacuum and low voltage wires run to each outlet. Jason was able to provide a quote after exchanging emails and speaking over the phone for the system completion. We decided to go with a different vacuum, but Jason worked with us and was open to completing the install (without supplying the vacuum). Jeremy was prompt and professional, and completed the install in just a few hours. All piping was supplied, as well as the outlet covers/receivers, and Jeremy mounted the vacuum and connected all piping. Before he left, he tested out the system with me and gave me a few pointers on how to use it. We have been using the system for over a month now, and could not be more happy with it! We moved into our new Raleigh home last summer. Central Vacuum Exports sold us a great central vac system and were terrific With the installation, training and follow up. The system is wonderful - much better vacuum than my old canisters and uprights, and the kick plate vacuum under the counters in strategic areas is a dream! Just sweep to that spot, pickup the plate and it sucks in the whatever is on the floor without needing to pull out the vacuum. We have very long hoses in 3 spots on main floor and 2 upstairs, and it reaches every spot on the floor without an issue. They did a great job planning this.
