Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out only to arrive that morning to be told my stylist called out because a slightly upset stomach and wanted to "play it safe." Apparently they tried to call me -- probably not much earlier that morning -- but had the wrong number, despite me verifying my phone number with them when I made the appointment. I was then told that I would hear from my stylist for rescheduling, after I verified my phone number again. It's been almost a week and I haven't been contacted. Cuts are fine, but find somewhere else for “fantasy color” or maybe even all color. See picture (and please note that my natural color is dark blonde, not black). Requested all-over, very dark, pure green. Afterward, stylist admitted that results were not what I asked for, but blamed it on the dye and didn’t offer any solution. Other stylists were cringing. This is a wonderful salon. I've always been happy with everything I've gotten done there. This salon was recommended to me by a bride who chose Studio M to help her on her wedding day and everyone looked beautiful at the wedding. I've been a loyal customer since.
