I must say that Jennifer made my visit to get a mattress way more than I expected. She is very thorough, and seems to take genuine concern in getting to the cause of your sleep discomfort, and getting you set up with a mattress that is the perfect fit. She does not seem like most sales associates who are more concerned with making the all mighty dollar than finding the customer their dream (pardon the corny pun) mattress. She has definitely made this an experience I'll never forget, and spoilt me to ever consider working with anyone else when it come to my mattress needs. She also made sure that delivery and setup was gonna be quick, and that I didn't have any question about what was gonna happen next in getting the bed delivered and set up ☺️. If I had to give my visit a rating 1 being the worst to 5 being the most exceptional service you could receive I would have to give her a 100 star rating. We went into Sleep Outfitters to learn about adjustable bases but Jennifer ended up selling us an adjustable base and mattress thanks to her healthcare background and time spent with us. She also helped us utilize a warranty to get a return on our previous mattress from Sleep Outfitters due to it breaking down. If you're curious about adjustable bases, I highly recommend talking to Jennifer at the Southridge location!

Our delivery was a bit chaotic however we did receive apologies and compensation for the mistake. So overall still a good experience and would purchase from here again!

A heads up if you’re buying Tempurpedic - our mattress had a strong chemical smell that required open windows and an air purifier and fan on full blast before we could put sheets on it and try it out. So my wife & I decided to upgrade to a king size bed from a queen. We have purchased two other mattresses from Terry in the past. I had absolutely no plan on purchasing a new mattress today, just look. My head hurts from looking online, which I don't care how many people say they are good & cheaper but the fact of the matter is that we are all different from each other & we all assess thing's differently. I'd rather be able to sit & lay on what we're searching for instead of ordering a bed online & then not being happy with it. Just my opinion.
