The larger Oasis class Royal Caribbean ships dock at Crown Bay Center because they can't enter into Havensight. You'll find a handful of options for duty free jewelry, local arts and crafts, and of course booze.
If you want to find food and stay in the area, I'd highly recommend going to Crown Bay Marina to Tickles Pub or take a short two minute taxi ride (or you could probably walk) to Nisky Center to eat at Salt and Vinegar. They are amazing places to lunch. If you are coming in by land and not off of a cruise ship, they do offer free parking here.

Read moreWe only made a couple of purchases at the Crown Bay Center. The most notable was shopping at one of the Kiosks in the Caribbean Marketplace, Building G-9. We REALLY enjoyed talking with the two women who I ran and I assume owned YOISMA DESIGN. They were FRIENDLY and had a NICE SELECTION of items to purchase to help us remember our trip to beautiful St. Thomas. My daughter was quite pleased with the the treasure she found at the Yoisma Design.

She also said she would pick us up at a specific time and then she got there and took another group first. My aunt asked her for insights about the city and she said she couldn't drive and talk at the same time but then on our way back she was using her cellphone and driving, not very safe thing to do.
