I recently had the opportunity to visit Atrium Healthcare Urgent Care, and I must say, the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in and checked in, to the moment I left, every member of the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
One of the first things that struck me was the warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as I stepped through the doors. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and efficiently guided me through the check-in process, making me feel at ease right from the start. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which further contributed to a positive first impression.
When it was my turn to see a healthcare professional, I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and expertise. The entire team seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and took the time to listen attentively to my health concerns. They asked thorough questions to ensure they had a comprehensive understanding of my symptoms, and their attention to detail impressed me.
Not only were the healthcare professionals knowledgeable, but they also explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. They patiently addressed any questions or concerns I had, and I felt reassured and well-informed throughout the entire visit. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my health and were dedicated to providing the best possible care.
Furthermore, the wait time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite being a busy healthcare facility, the staff efficiently managed the flow of patients, ensuring that everyone received timely attention. This aspect of their service truly stood out to me, as it demonstrated their commitment to respecting their patients' time and providing prompt care.
In addition to the exceptional medical care, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were consistently evident. Every interaction I had, whether it was with the nurses, doctors, or administrative staff, left a positive impression. They were all approachable, understanding, and compassionate, which made the overall experience even more comfortable and pleasant.
Based on my visit to Atrium Healthcare Urgent Care, I wholeheartedly recommend their services with the highest regards. The staff's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients are commendable. Whether you require urgent medical attention or simply need a reliable healthcare provider, Atrium Healthcare Urgent Care is an...
Read moreSo the weirdest thing happened to my daughter today. My daughter was diagnosed with covid here today. She was given a prescription for nausea and for congestion. She first had symptoms yesterday I went to the pharmacy to fill her prescription and the pharmacist asked me why wasn't I prescribed Paxlovid. Now I was wonder myself why she wasn't prescribed this medication when she called me. I thought it was a little weird that she wasn't prescribed that medicine considering that her symptoms started yesterday and this medicine must be taken 48 hours when the symptoms occur for it to work. We called back to urgent care and left a message they said a nurse would be in contact with us well a couple of hours passed by and a nurse hadn't reached out yet so we called back when we was told that a nurse had called and we did not answer, then they said that she spoke with my daughter and she said nothing was wrong. It makes no since. That was very weird and strange considering that was in the chart notes and we haven't spoken with anyone. The young lady that answer the phone put me on hold and went and got a nurse this nurse said that the doctor that is on duty tonight does not prescribe that prescription why wouldn't a doctor prescribe a prescription that will help a patient with covid my daughter has asthma and a heart murmur with those symptoms being less than 48 hours she was a perfect candidate for that. If I find out that this doctor is doing this and not giving patients something that can help them out of religious purposes and then falsified the record and said that they spoke to someone when they didn't we're going to have a problem. I told the young lady on the phone no one had reached out to us and I could send her a screenshot of my whole phone record for the entire day and it will only show where I have been calling you guys, again very weird. someone put in my daughter's chart that they spoke to her and they didn't not only that they said they did talk to her who would do such a thing. I employ you guys to check that medical chart and see who entered that information my daughter needs that medicine and now the time frame is almost up shame on you guys and like I said that doctor better not have refused my daughter any type of medication out of their religious beliefs or the color if he skin! What kind of...
Read moreThe staff were all very friendly here, and there was very little wait time whatsoever even on a weekend. That is where my positive reviews end for this place. My friends and I all got the same symptoms after eating and drinking in South America; we all ate the same meals every day during our short trip. We all got the usual stomach symptoms when we got back; they were given antibiotics (which all my physician friends also recommend, as does the entirety of the internet), and they recovered in a couple days. I am on day 10; this place refuses to write me a simple antibiotic. I paid for multiple samples to be sent to labs, which they reassured me they would call me back regarding (they did not); they are supposedly negative, and thus the doctor will not write a prescription for antibiotics. Given their penchant for mistakes (they also literally forgot me in the exam room, I had to remind them I was there), I somehow don't exactly trust the results of these labs. What an absolute waste of time and money, all while I feel miserable, and all while I've seen my friends completely recover because their doctors gave them the very simple fix. Save your time, do not go here. UPDATE* I went three more full days with no treatment and the same exact severity of symptoms. On the fourth day a physician elsewhere prescribed the appropriate antibiotic, and though my symptoms had been the same the morning of the fourth day, WITHIN HOURS OF TAKING THE ANTIBIOTIC MY SYMPTOMS DRASTICALLY IMPROVED. Though this could technically be a coincidence, evidence would suggest it was not. Thus, this urgent care facility denied me the sensible care that physicians all over the place agreed would be normal course of action, thus prolonging my suffering. And, I of course had to pay for that awful care. Save your time and money and protect your health by...
