Let me tell you about Chase — the absolute legend working at Chick-fil-A. This man isn’t just an employee — he’s a customer service savant, a drive-thru diplomat, a nugget-distribution ninja.
From the moment I pulled up, I knew Chase was built different. He greeted me with a smile so sincere I nearly cried. I don’t know what kind of training program Chick-fil-A has, but I’m 97% sure Chase is running it behind the scenes while also solving world peace during his lunch break.
I stuttered through my complicated order (add cheese, no pickles, two sauces, one fry extra crispy — you know, the usual chaos), and Chase didn’t blink. He nodded with confidence, like, “I’ve trained for this moment my whole life.” And guess what? The order was perfect. Not Chick-fil-A perfect. Chase perfect. A higher standard.
Not only did he handle the order like a seasoned pro, but he also made polite, non-cringe small talk that made me feel like I’d just gained a new best friend. He said, “My pleasure” with such conviction, I almost believed I was the only customer he’d ever served. Like I was the main character in a rom-com where love is spelled C-H-I-C-K-E-N.
At pickup, he handed me the bag like it contained holy artifacts. Everything was tucked in neatly, with the sauces placed like they’d been arranged by a tiny food stylist. The fries? Hot. The nuggets? Golden. The vibe? Immaculate.
Chick-fil-A, if you’re listening: give this man a raise, a cape, a statue outside the building. I don’t know what kind of magic Chase is working, but I’m 100% here for it. If Chase ran the DMV, people would actually be happy to go. If he ran for president, I’d vote twice.
In conclusion: Chase is the GOAT. I came for a spicy deluxe. I left with restored faith...
Read moreNormally it is good service (they have their days with bad attitudes) but their milkshake machine is never working.
Update: i love Ms. Shenetta and Ms. Tara
Update 2: My family member (Naporscha) went to Chick-fil-a this morning (6-21-24 at 7 am) and ordered an eight count nugget, medium fries, and a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles.
As the employee, Lexius was about to prepare the frosted coffee, my family member overheard the manager (Brandy) tell her employee (Lexius) to not make a frosted coffee and turn the milkshake machine off so they dont have to clean the machine. Not knowing that Naporscha heard the manager (Brandy) whisper it to the employee (Lexius), mind you Naporscha already had paid for the frosted coffee with cookie crumbles.
For five months since Ive been working at Atrium Health, they never have the milkshake machine on because their excuse was “they never had the parts to fix it”.. well that’s a lie it was confirmed today it is because they just dont want to clean the machine at the end of their shift every day. Naporscha was almost scammed out of her money. If she hadnt spoken up for herself and had told the manager she heard everything she had said. Brandy wanted Lexius to turn the machine off for the rest of the day but Lexius was kind of enough to still make her frosted coffee. Since Brandy has been caught they had no choice but to keep the machine on all day and we will be telling everyone around the hospital about this scheme.
We had initially called Chick-fil-a corporate back in April 2024 and reported the milkshake machine never being on, but nothing was done. I really hope something is done now because this is not okay and it is not fair to...
Read moreThe food being hot is hit or miss. You definitely don't get the friendly staff like you do at the other Chick-fil-a's. I have been twice now during our long stay and both times you watch the staff be rude when someone asks a question. I even asked for ketchup bc I did not see any out and was told to check the bin and she walked off. There was none in the bin it was all sauces and 2 packs of mayonnaise which is why I asked. Another customer said mam could someone check my order I've been waiting 20min. She ignored her and when she asked again she said is there an order ready for, I believe, Joyce. She turns around says nope and rants about how she's not going to be rude to her etc. If you work here at the hospital and are "friends" with them they get excellent service. I've seen it both times. I don't think these ladies realize that life here is stressful, many of us are going through alot and here for long hauls. It would be nice for them to show grace, have a smile on their face and not be so rude when you ask a simple question. I get the job can be stressful but there is no ryme or reason for them to be rude everytime you go down. I now have family bring me my food or door dash from a different location...
