TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP. SNEAKY AND SHADY. They charged my non profit 405 bucks to move in, told us we would love in by end of the week, we never got our keys or a move in date, and almost a month later they were still trying to find ways to charge us money, and had not let us move in. They charged us again for a full months rent, but we knew they were shady and would try to charge us rent without letting us move in, so we removed our payment method. Thank GOD we removed it, they tried to charge us! over 1100 bucks in all they tried to take from our non profit, and we never got keys. I heard from several other owners how shady they are. I had a food truck in Charlotte and chose to be part of the City Kitch community. The atmosphere was fun, kitchen maintained clean, staff working there are friendly, clients friendly. City Kitch was good to me as a client. I miss working out of there.
