This service is extremely slow..I have to wait in my car 10-15 minutes before food is given to me through the drive through..I ordered a chicken sandwich through the speak I asked them no bacon please (as I don’t eat pork, I learned my history in bible Deuteronomy 28:15-68 KJV)..I waited the 10-15 minutes for the food then drove off..I bit into the sandwich noticed something off and it had pork on it! I turned around asked them for a’a refund as I didn’t have to wait for a new one to be made..they are the most petties people they gone ask for the fries and drink back..you’re going to throw them away anyway..and it’s the only part they got right..I said you can just credit me for the sandwich..they refused to credit anything..I kept the fries and drink as they were going to throw it away..they are so petty and look so unhappy and miserable..I told them white (not to make anything about race but this is the truth) establishments typically apologize for the mistake let you keep what’s right and try to keep you as a customer (cause I probably would have come back, and probably with my husband that’s more money) but sometimes our people don’t know how customer service works..and will block a blessing..I filled out the survey letting corporate know..they never got back to me as the survey asked if you wanted someone to contact you I said yes no one ever contacted..I disputed the charge with my bank just the chicken sandwich only..I wasn’t trying to get a handout of any sort..now you lost someone as a customer at...
Read moreThis is the first time my husband and I decided to try this restaurant. We drove 30 minutes and waited 15-20 minutes to place an order in line. When it was time for us to order, they told us that they are closing and not sure when they were going to reopen. We asked them what they were going to do for the inconvenience the staff member stated it was nothing she could do. I am highly disappointed and will not EVER visit a jack in the box again. It was 2:00 pm when we visited this location. Two staff members was completely RUDE (manager (male) and student worker (female) per management). The manager on duty that we spoke with was on 3/21 at 2:48PM and he mentioned that the error was with the student worker and that the machines were down. He stated if I didn’t place an order with Uber Eats or online they can not and will not serve us at this time. I asked them why didn’t they tell us that at the speaker when we could have placed an order online? He said “again ma’am there is nothing he could do”. The leadership in place and the staff members on duty are are not trained and I highly recommend more customer service training and leadership development be put in place. When an employer is at Fault it is their duty to make it right... not to make more of an inconvenience for a paying customer. My business nor my family will be supporting this business.... The food always tastes great, and is a favorite when we catch a concert in Charlotte and need something late night. We don't have Jack in the box where I live. So I lol forward to it each time I go out at night in this area. The last time we went, we spent about $30. Two of our tacos were missing. We already waited a long time to get the food but we usually do so we kind of expected that. It was a little inconvenient to have to go around the drive through again, through an even longer line to reclaim our tacos that were not given to us. When we got to the window, the associate took our receipt and looked at it a few times. We asked if we could have churros instead of the tacos we never received. He charged us almost $5 for two orders of churros which seems like we paid for tacos we never received and then paid again (full price) for two orders of churros. After waiting twice in a long line and receiving nothing, not even an apology for forgetting some of our food we won't be back. I explained again politely that we were missing food he didn't seem to care at all. After glancing at the clock we realized we'd spent almost a full hour in that drive through and nothing was ever done to fix the problem.
