I am absolutely blown away by how happy I am with the overall experience I just had with Hollywood Feed. First of all, I had trouble finding the store and the associate, walked outside IN THE RAIN, to help me find her waving kindly at the front door. Then, from the moment I entered with my precious puppy, Sadie, we were both comfortable and warmly welcomed. You can tell the staff love what they do because it translates in their smiles, voices, and demeanors. The groomer, Trish was phenomenal. She was a big sweetheart and made Sadie feel safe. I was nervous about leaving Sadie for her first puppy cut but as soon as I met Trish, that anxiousness vanished. Trish listened to what I wanted and also professionally recommended an adjustment per her expertise, which I was happy to listen to! Trish took Sadie from a cute mop to a fluffy pup. The closest Hollywood Feed store is around 15 miles from our home. I’ve never actually visited a store location, so can’t speak to that. But I’ve ordered from their site and had great experiences with them delivering (for free!) to my door.

For instance, I ordered a number of items at around 7:30 on a Friday night. And even though I added a note that we didn’t need to be a priority order the next day, we still had our delivery before 10:30 AM. Everything was securely placed on our porch, as I requested.

Besides that, Hollywood Feed’s prices on the premium food and treats we use for our 3 pups has been the best every time I’ve checked. (In fact, one of the treats I recently bought was 1/2 of Amazon’s price!)

I went to the store on Providence Road. Aveda helped me find a new food for my babies by actively listening to everything I was concerned about. She also corrected a wrong that I experienced with another one of your locations in Charlotte. She didn't hesitate. She just did what was right and what should have been done in the first place. She had me in tears because customer service is very important to me and I hold a high standard for myself and for others as well. Empathy goes a long way for a small or big matter.
