The most disrespectful and aggressive service ever.
I ordered a sugar free ice cream. The worker served me a different flavour with sugar. When I noticed that I asked politely for a replacement. He started aggressively arguing that he gave me the right one.
I even had to show him a picture on the website to proof that he scooped from the wrong bucket. He said that I ordered it on the first place and it's my problem. Then he said that it's not his fault and that the ice cream labels were misplaced which wasn't true either. The whole situation was ridiculous because they have only one sugar-free option that I explicitly ordered.
I also ordered an iced coffee but they forgot about it. I reminded and got a hot coffee instead.
Everyone can do a mistake and that's ok. But being so aggressive about that and being so mean to the customer is just not acceptable. I'm crying in my car now because his aggression and attitude were...

I was contacted by the Uber driver stating that they in fact did NOT have what I wanted. The driver cancelled the pick-up and the restaurant said I would have to cancel with Uber. Well guess what? When the restaurant ACCEPTS the order, the customer has to PAY - NO MATTER WHAT. The restaurant says take it up with Uber, and Uber says take it up with the restaurant. This deceptive at best, and fraud/theft at worst. I will be contacting the proper authorities and customer advocates...
