Very nice Staff first & foremost !! Equipment I bought for $4,680.01 went bad after 4 years of use & $7,565.22 spent over a 5 year 2 month period. 2 Technicians couldn't figure out there own Lorex System sold. Beware of company's that sell, but can't service there own products sold 🤔 Thank you for you reply. Your employee in charge of your security DPT. did ask me to take my business elsewhere after not being able to resolve the issue stating Pottervilla no longer carrys that equitment & not sure what to recommend now & would have to get back to me. Recommending an insurance claim on my insurnace & my good neighbor is neglecting the fact you can't repair your own products sold & changing my black router box to a white one still left the same issue.
