UPDATE; the response from the owner(s) below is not the complete truth but instead slanted to make it seem like they were clear on communications. They were not, and the last email I sent was saying I want a refund with the assumption that I am not paying restocking fees. Without verifying they would indeed still charge restocking fees, they refunded thus eliminating any conversation that we were in the middle of. They don’t communicate, and are rude when you ask questions. They did not verify twice the parts were in, and never gave me exact dates until I asked for a refund. They instead kept telling me when I reached out, call you in a couple days and never did. There is a theme in the negative reviews, read them.

I ordered parts, never got them, never got a phone call that they were, was told it would be two weeks, called multiple times to ask what is going on, and when I asked for a refund they charged me a restocking fee… for parts I never actually received… they claimed to be backed up and they swore they were about to call me, but told me 3 times we will call you in a couple days and never once called. They are keeping almost $600 for restocking parts that I never got and ran me around for over 2 months without ever telling me what once going on. I told them in an email my expectation was to receive a full refund and they refunded minus 20% anyway and circled a restocking fee clause… I didn’t return anything, because I never got anything. Additionally it is for rockslide swing steps which are super hard to come by and they told me there is a wait list to get them. So they are not restocking, they are charging me for their horrible customer service, and they making money on the next...

October 16th 2018 I'm throughly impressed with the quality of the service provided by Jim and his employees at Primal 4 X 4 and Fab. Jim is a great guy who is incredibly generous with his time to explain things and give you options that others just don't do! I took my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 in for AC repair expecting to have a painful experience financially. Turns out that the dealership had improperly charged the freon & that was ALL THAT WAS NEEDED! My bill was so low that I've left it with him to get a few other things done... 😁 They even gave me the name of a different shop for something that they didn't specialize in. Other places would have quoted you a price and then outsourced the work so that they could make additional money. These people ARE HONEST and do great work for REASONABLE prices! Sadly it's not a common thing to find a GOOD AND HONEST auto repair shop so try them out! I highly recommend this shop! They SAVED ME A FEW THOUSANDS DOLLARS TODAY! NO KIDDING! Jim knows all about the right tires and rims to make your vehicle look right. With the money I've saved I'm having them upgrade my tires! His PRICES are very COMPETITIVE and I have the good feeling of knowing that this is going to be done right! He lead me to some tires I'd never considered before. They're great looking AND he was able to tell me from experience about how well they hold up, road noise, etc. I've found my auto repair shop and will USE THEM LOYALY from here on out! I HIGHLY Recommend PRIMAL 4X4 AND FAB! If I could give more than five stars I would!

jeep sat outside their shop for multiple months waiting on parts that where incorrectly installed. only thing that was installed correctly was the gear sets and rear locker. had rcvs installed passenger side seal is still leaking owner says its residual but is leaving a puddle. drag link was installed backwards and upside down. the owner then told me to come test drive the vehicle to the bottom of the hill on south blvd and said it was unsafe to see for myself. so I showed up seen what was wrong and test drove it to the bottom of the hill on the public rd where I parked at autozone and had my vehicle towed home because I wasn't waiting another 4 months for it to be repaired correctly after they had it since April. the owner then called the police on me saying I stole my own vehicle that was incorrectly repaired when I towed it home. he said straight up he called because I'm a cdl holder and I could get points put on my liscense. 10 out of 10 would not recommend it's currently home on a lift getting fixed the way it should have...
