Dear Tanisha, I really appreciate your help this morning.
I’m usually always 30 minutes early for a job interview in which I have one today at a nearby shopping store. I decided since coffee is always my pick me up and makes me happy in the morning I would drop by target Starbucks to grab a coffee before my interview.
I was sort of ignored and standing in line while the two individuals behind the desk were talking and listening to a nearby conversation with two other employees.
I really appreciate how after I proceeded to walk off politely, I was stopped by a really sweet girl with beautiful curly hair to ask if I had been helped or if everything was all right. I kindly told her that no, I hadn’t been helped and had a job interview when I was crunched for time so I just walked out of line pretty much and she told me to hold on and assisted me in getting my morning coffee.
That means much more to me than most people because I suffer with social anxiety disorder and it’s hard for me to do simple things like grab coffee in a public place. Let alone go in for this job interview that I have in about 15 minutes. I really appreciate you today and I hope you get a raise for your kindness alone, simply because it’s super rare these days to find !...
Read moreThis had to be one of the worst shopping experiences ever. I was informed by a friend about the college 20% circle coupon. I went through all the verification steps and made sure I was approved before using it. All was good. My son and I picked items. When I went to pay the cashier said to just put my phone number in and it would take the 20% off automatically. Well after looking at my receipt it did not. So I went to customer service to see about fixing it, first of all the two employees standing there talking did not want to be bothered. I had to say can I get some help and one is like what do you want. I explained what happened, she said to the other can we use a gift card, then a manager passed by, she asked the manager if she could use a gift card, the manager said no. Then she huffed and puffed and was like take your stuff out of the bags, she had to return our items and re ring them up. All while sighing and grunting. I had to un bag and rebag all my stuff. I never raised my voice, didn’t get mad, but I’ll tell you what I won’t be shopping here again and I will leave a review where I can to alert others to the treatment they may receive when...
Read moreThis Target is terrible!! Was in there last Friday and the guy (with died RED hair) did not say ONE word to me or my husband, I don't even think he made eye contact with us. They are always low on stock, sometimes for weeks at a time, and I'm in here about once a week. Was looking for a specific item that the app said was in stock and this store, I could not find it so someone on the floor checked and said they had some in the back. I told him don't worry about it, i'll get it later. One week later, it still hasn't been placed on the shelf, it's in the back, I ask them to get me one at this point. I wonder how long it would have sat in the back had I not ask them to go in the back and get me one, they are now out on the shelf. A few weeks later, same thing, looking for an item the app said was in stock, not on the shelf, guarantee it's in the back just waiting to be stocked. It just makes me wonder how many shelves are sitting empty because the items are...
