worst service ever from a coffee shop! when i first arrived the employee (female with long blonde pony tail) was talking to somebody in the lobby, once she saw the line forming she already rolled her eyes. when she got to me in line i asked for a java chip frap and an iced caramel macchiato with the toppings from the carmel ribbon crunch frap (whipp cream, sprinkle topping, and carmel drizzle). the whole time making my drink she was in a rush and didnt measure my drinks. when she handed my my macchiato there were no toppings and when i asked for it again she said she already put it on my drink when she clearly didnt and shooed me away. i was pretty heated when i left from how she treated me and when i got home my fiance tried his frap and it was not blended at all, there where whole ice cubes throughout the whole drink and my drink was extremely bitter. My boyfriend and I ordered Strawberry Açaí Refreshers. She did not inform us of any changes, or whether the store maybe didn’t make them or something, but she gave my boyfriend and I the wrong items. We got the lemonade refreshers instead of regular ones. I am a T1 Diabetic and I only gave pre-bolus insulin for the regular refresher. It wasn’t until my boyfriend caught the mistake a few sips in and I had to emergency give insulin after I had already started drinking for the mass amount of sugar in lemonade.
