ā¦so there I was feeling wonderful, on this beautiful sunny day, heading towards one of my favorite places Sephora! š Iāve never been in a Sephora that wasnāt full of helpful friendly people. Well, thereās a first time for everything and Andrea/Andria at this location made sure of it. I saw her when I first came in, I thought she said hello but when I looked at her she just whizzed by me looking away. I just figured she was helping someone. So about 5 min later I saw her coming directly in my direction so I was like, oh ok sheās free, so I said āhey canā¦ā before I could even finish she flew past me again and hit me with the coldest, most dramatic hair toss and turn and said āIām on my lunch breakā she might as well said āewā at the end because thatās the face she made with it. I was so shocked I just said āOmgā and stood there frozenā¦now I understand sheās clearly hungry but what I hate more than anything is poor customer service. You can say āhey, Iām going on lunch but someone else can help youā. I donāt care if the food is bad, the item is out of stock or whatever a case may be when Iām out spending hard earned money but you better not ever have rude service, itās un called for ESPECIALLY with the amount of money I spend. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think out of all the Sephoraās around the Charlotte area I felt most comfortable at this one, the staff is helpful but also seemed to have a good sense of teamwork amounts themselves because when one asked me if I needed help two others notice me say no thank you and I was able to shop for the remainder of the time on my own just how I like it. I have to say Kristin is great at what she does! I overheard her with customers checking out before me and she is very knowledgeable in various products in the store which is super interesting and even great for sales. She was telling them the background story and beginnings of the āReplicaā perfume brand so I learned a thing or two whilst eavesdropping. When helping me she was just as attentive and made me feel heard, seen and supported as a not so regular customer @ Sephora. I will be back at this location very soon for sure it was a good experience and Nice shopping...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this location A Lot! Itās hard for me to be colored match and Iām usually having to return items because they arenāt a true match. Today Kitty helped me and itās the first time Iāve met her and she was AMAZING! Every time I go to a Sephora someone will help me and then I dk if a manager says something to them, but after awhile they seem to not wonāt to help so they can move on to help another person. I understand I am hard to color match, but still itās not a good feeling to be helped and then the person helping you has to leave because theyāve āspent to much time helping you.ā Today Kitty helped me and she literally tried almost every product to find something that works for me! She didnāt rush or leave me to go help with someone else, until I was satisfied with the products we tried and I liked. Iām appreciative of her and from now only will look for her next...
