Versona — Local services in Charlotte

I have shopped here for five years. I purchased over $300 of clothes two weeks ago. I washed one sweater and it unraveled in the wash. I had another shirt that the elastic waist kept riding up when I wore it once. I returned both items two weeks after I purchased them. I no longer had tags or the receipt because I assumed I would keep them. The manager Cynthia was very rude and had a better than thou attitude. She was upset she had to get the sweater tag off another sweater in the store. Then she came back and rolled her eyes that she had to go get the other tag. When she returned she was trying to direct the other cashier and I was still waiting. Both cashiers informed me I could only get a store credit. I said that was fine and again Cynthia seemed very perturbed. Next she had trouble ringing up the exchange like she didn’t know what she was doing. I will not return to this location. I love this store! I shopped in there for two hours tonight and the customer service was excellent! I was greeted as soon as I opened the door which is rare these days with most retail chains. I was helped by each one of the ladies working there. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make your shopping experience the best it can be.
