T&T Nails is AMAZING!!!!!!! To say the least. Their top notch professionals greet you at the door from the moment you enter, then role out the red carpet offering beverages. They conversate with you while you wait, and everyone is always laughing. Today I received a full set and a pedicure. It was glorious. I never felt rushed like other nail salons. It was an experience that made me feel warm and welcomed. My nail tech Maggie interested me in a powdered dip nail method to help keep my nail bed from being destroyed by acrylic, and assured me, that if I didn't like it, I could get the acrylic instead. I was astounded at the amazing results. They were light weight and beautiful. Then I was seen by one of the owners, T, she designed and pampered me like I was the only one in the shop, even though there were others there. This place makes you feel like your not only getting your money's worth, but t&t nails make you feel like you are part of a growing family, and the prices are so reasonable!!!! Tan the main owner was also hospitable and sweet, always smiling and attentive to everyone. Needless to say, this is a fantastic place to get your feet and nails done. Leaving, I just knew this was and will be the place for me and my children...

Hey T, Its your Florida girl!! Where to start!! T is amazing. He makes you feel welcome to Charlotte, he talks to you and hes gentle! I haven't had any confidence to get my nails done since moving from Florida so when I saw T's work I knew I had to stop in. His wife is very nice and they make you feel so comfortable. Personally I usually only get my nails done dipped, Might I say he took his time to make sure every nail was perfect and asked my opinion various times which I LOVED. I asked for almond and I received almond!! You also can't beat the price! I felt so happy to have my nails looking spectacular I couldn't help myself but be so gentle with them. Even though he took his time it felt like it flew!!! WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!! Came in for a full set and a pedicure, when they were performing my nail removal (I had acrylics on) the girl was using what looked like pliers to remove them instead of using acetone and aluminum foil, and proceeds to CUT MY NAIL and just ripped the rest of the acrylic off! I heard her audibly say “oops”…. I was bleeding and in pain, and did not receive an apology, and she tried to put glue on the open wound to seal it!!!!! Stuck my fingers in acetone to remove the rest of the acrylics like she should’ve done originally, and just sat me down for my pedicure while my bleeding finger was in a glove. Didn’t even offer me a bandaid. The workers here are clearly not educated and their customer service is awful, will never return. Don’t waste your time...
