Folks.... I just ordered here, our first time. Delivery to be exact. My food looked horrible. General Tao chicken if I’m not mistaken shouldn’t look like orange chicken. It’s darker ? ANYWAY, I tasted it... it was room temperature.. idek how long we waited for the food but I am just like, “let me just call, I paid for it. I’m not happy with it, so good customer service would tell you that they’d immediately have someone remake it and send it back out to me with the nasty food back (cause I’m not that type of person..)” UHHHHH NO. The lady Otp insist that the food is HOT and that I can take my food myself and get my money back... that’s not what I wanted, I wanted food so just make me another FRESH ONE. Oh, THEN tells me that she would have to charge me another delivery fee to send me another plate of food. WHAT?! I ask why should I have to pay for you to send me a remake ? She tells me that the delivery guy works for them and he charges them to deliver BLAH BLAH BLAH .... I am like... no, just no. I’m pregnant, I want my damn food. She puts the delivery guy otp to tell me the same thing like I’m still gonna care I’m like “she needs to pay you to bring my food, period.” PEOPLE The food was ROOM TEMPERATURE & looked like it was made in a damn cottage. He’s telling me that I need to take that up with her blah blah blah, NO like just NO. I asked him would he do that if he was me??? He tells me “NO, but this is something you would need to take up with her because they pay me...” .... WHY IN THE WORLD did she hand you the phone then SIR?? His response “look, I’m gonna do this out of the kindness of my heart..... BLAH BLAH BLAH” I don’t CARE. Bring me my foooood. I’m still waiting on this food to come as I’m typing this.... will NEVER order from here again.

Read moreI chose your restaurant as a recommendation from coworkers... I had ordered once before through their online system and had our order successfully delivered - we had several orders and 2 were prepared incorrectly but chose to bypass and order from another place.
Gave it a 2nd chance, this time the system said no delivery available although it was to the same address. So we called and placed the order over the phone. Order was delivered and we noticed that one of the items was done incorrectly - this time we called and asked to have it replaced and we were asked to send the incorrect item back AND pay for delivery AGAIN, which we did (we were hungry!) only to find out that what was delivered was the same as the one that we had received originally. I called and requested a refund as I didn't want to deal with another delivery or have to drive to their location and I also didn't want to risk the order being incorrect, yet again - so I called only to have the staff argue with me over the phone about the order being correct in their eyes, although I repeatedly said that it was prepared the same as the one we had sent back. So then I'm told that in order to get a refund I would have to go to the restaurant which is what I was unable to do in the first place and delivery was a great alternative. make the customer pay for delivery a second time for their mistake failed to correct the problem a 2nd time and argue with the customer only option the customer is given was to drive to them in order to refund their money

Read moreIf I could give Negative stars I would! My daughter ordered last week chicken wings,fried rice & beef & broccoli. It was overpriced for small portions #1. That didn't even matter when we opened the box to hair in the food. Once we called,the lady refused to give all of the money back. We ask for a manager,she said her husband was the manager,but it was a family business,and that no one was over the other. Never heard such bs. She pretended to have such broken English that it was almost like a skit on Saturday Night Live...without the humor though!!! The beef looked like only God knew what it was!! The rice looked like white rice that they used yellow food coloring as it was not the look,color it should've been. She only offered $3.50 back to us for their hair being in the food. She said she didn't know what the issue was and that if she redid the order,I would be charged another delivery fee,and I had already tipped!! It was the best $19 I ever wasted because I will never order from there again!! Fair warning if you like food that's hairy,, unrecognizable with tons of unprofessionalism...this...
