I’m choosing to give a 4 star review because I appreciate the young lady Shaquitta that assisted me today. She treated me with kindness and respect. The only thing I didn’t like was when it came down to my experience with her colleague/manager. Shaquitta needed assistance with an approval and the lady that assisted decided to question me about why and how I was paid before her because she noticed a payroll deposit from her same employer. I found that unprofessional but entertained her with a response that she was puzzled by, which wasn’t for her to understand because it wasn’t her business to begin with. She ended up denying my request to withdraw funds due to changes being made on my acct the same day. I understand why it was flaggged but it appeared she had the capability to override the decision and chose not to for her own reasons. Instead of helping to suggest other options, after making a desperate plea she shrugged and said I could come back tomorrow. I am extremely grateful for Shaquitta because she stood up for me although it wasn’t anything she could do but gave me other suggestions that allowed me to do what I needed to do instead of dismissing me. With such low ratings at this location I wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge those who give exceptional service without judgment...
Read moreCompletely ridiculous policy/practices at this bank... I took my daughter to open her first bank account today and was not able to accomplish that. My daughter just got her first first state ID a few days ago and until the real one arrives in the mail, they gave her the paper one but still is a state official document. Anyway this ridiculous bank wouldn't accept it because it wasn't the hard copy... I mean WTF? If the state acknowledges it and it is an official document, then why the hell is that not good enough for this bank? I mean we had that plus her birth certificate, school ID, social security card, and Medicaid card.... all official documents. I have opened a bank account online with Suntrust, Bank of America and 5th Third with a scan of my ID so why is Wells Fargo giving us this BS? Won't be opening an account here when...
Read moreThis bank shares a dividing wooden fence between it and the convenience store next door. Adjacent to the drive-up ATM, the fence suspiciously has planks removed, allowing access to the driver customer. I've contacted the convenience store and they claim no responsibility and I have contacted the bank who claims no responsibility. This area can be seedy at times and it's remarkable the bank hasn't address this safety issue. Whether the fence belongs to the bank or not, the opening endangers the bank customer. Therefore, Wells Fargo should have taken care of this sometime ago. I know this opening has been there at least a year. I guess this Wells Fargo's lack of action, reflects their concern for their customers. That theory will be confirmed, if I still see that opening, that allows access to a drive-up customer, 30 days...
