I want to start off by saying Emory was super sweet and was able to get me as a same day walk I'm. when I arrived she took me to the shampoo bowl where to proceeded to wash my hair. I did notice I didn't really smell shampoo when she was washing my hair and it was a really quick wash. After she washed my hair I noticed my scalp and also around the side of my face it was itchy but I didn't pay any mind because it eventually stopped. My hair lasted about a week and then I washed my hair. when washing my hair I noticed it had a perm smell and my curls were not as defined. I am not sure if Emory mixed a perm solution into my shampoo which would now makes sense why my scalp was itchy. I am now on my second wash and still smell that perm smell when my hair is wet and my curls still aren't defined as they last were . I really want to think she didn't put a perm in my hair but something isn't right and unfortunately I won't be back because of that. I...

I got a Blowout here for the first time in 6 years but also the first time since I’ve done “the big chop”. My fro is about 3-4 inches; it’s very damaged and needed sever help. I was very surprised these ladies were able to stretch my hair so easily. And most of all they were not rude or rough with my hair at all. They know how to work with all types of hair and that IS NOT easy to find here in Charlotte. 10/10! 5 stars! Great work and I can’t wait to return!

Called today hoping I get an appointment same day, when I called the owner she told me I can come in around 6. Very nice lady , made me feel comfortable, and very friendly. Owner talks very politely and was very social. I love a hairstylist that talks to me and engage with me.
