When finally honoring The special because they said they don't run the same SPECIAL at all Locations!! The manager on day shift was very rude.I Ask him, could I also order biscuits?WITH RUSHING ME FOR MY ORDER & NOT UP SELLING I DIDN'T KNOW IT DIDN'T COME WITH BISCUITS SO WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW he told me I had to drive around AGAIN!! When telling me it would only be 15mins. For my chicken I watched 15+ cars come and go 40mins later then I drove around again & the Manger told me 1min. While waiting. 20 more minutes.I drove around again he. Had a bad ATTITUDE still didn't have my food ready!!! The same biscuits.I bought I now am receiving 56 mins.later because I asked them to keep them HOT thinking it would be 15mins. Cold food & hard biscuits and the Manger with a bad ATTITUDE!! CALLED IN TO CORPORATE ASK FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER TO CALL ME 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO CALL!! WILL NOT RETURN!!! PUT ALL FOOD IN THE TRASH!!! BAD SEVICE!! REMEMBER NO CUSTOMERS NO JOB!!! You don’t talk to me like that! Very unprofessional We get to the window and ask for a supervisor she proceeds to say it wasn’t me and that she took over after she said what she said, we asked for corporate phone number no one knew it! We asked for the lady name who was rude the lady came up with hands in the air and was being blocked by staff yelling it was me my name is neicy yes I said it!!! The entire time the supervisor has smile on her face so I’m guessing this is usual acceptable behavior! They told me the corporate number is on receipt lies I called this morning and it’s to the same rude store! Read moreMy pregnant fiancé called the Freedom Drive location at 10:50 pm on July 13th, 2020 to see what time this restaurant would close. After speaking with a young lady on the phone she instructed that the restaurant would be shutting down in 45 min, when google states that there hours of operations ends at 12 midnight. I arrive at the drive through by 11:17 pm, I waited nearly 5 min for assistance and never received it. I spoke into the intercom several times to see if anyone would respond, no one did. As I wait for a few more minutes to see if the workers felt like doing there jobs today another car pulls up behind me as I drive off. I drive past the window and notice a young women with red braids sitting at the front counter looking directly at me through the window clearly choosing not to work while on the clock, and blatantly ignoring the customers at the drive thru long before closing. After receiving no customer service or any assistance I pulled into a parking space and they also turned down 4 other vehicles long before closing.
