Went to the Charlottesville location on a Saturday to see what Lovesac had to offer. We had an amazing experience thanks to Tony and associates! We were given space when we were just looking and once we had questions, Tony was fantastic. He showed us multiple options with blocks and the in store samples. Best of all he was patient while we made our decisions! There was no rush to get to another customer or answer the phone. Furniture is already a big decision, but investing in a versatile durable piece of furniture is an even bigger one. We left the store very confident in our purchase. Fast forward we have been enjoying the couch, but quickly realized we weren’t going to use part of it due to some of the size selections we made! I called Tony at the store and he walked me through step-by-step the pieces we would be exchanging and how it would affect our layout. He even sent pictures and diagrams for us to follow and made the process seamless.
