5 Guys is Amazing!

Naryelis took my order with a smile, and made a Good day EVEN BETTER!

I've loved this place for over 10 years. But today I saw a photo posted behind the counter of S/M/L sized cups full of fries with a measuring container filled with fries in front of each one.

Man, I thought. It's finally over. Someone put a stop to them loading the bag up with way more fries than could ever fit in the cup! But, i thought, in fairness it's probably gone on long enough...

Peering over the counter, I saw they even had the measuring container there by the fry station. Ahh, well, it was good while it lasted.

Then the frycook filled my paper cup with fries, just like the photo, and put it in the bag with the burger. And I figured, if im honest, it's still a lot of fries.

THEN, to my Absolute AMAZMENT, he also filled the measuring container, and poured that in ON TOP! Absolutely Incredible! 🤯

Apparently I misunderstood the photographic instructions. 🤣

Thank you 5 Guys. For making Above and Beyond the industry standard.

Can't review something that I was not able to really experience. Although it was a somewhat busy evening, the crowd was definitely not overwhelming, but after waiting in line behind one other person for over eight minutes, I figured it best to go somewhere else if I wanted to get something quickly. Even after waiting this time, I was not even able to place my order because the person in front of me was still having to put in her order (and it seemed there was confusion there, too.) And even though there was four (or more) people working on the line, it seemed a bit disorganized. I even saw the frustration of one of the workers tell another employee just to simply "go back on the line". Didn't really want to add to the frustration, so I left. I get that it is a Five Guys. It is a burger joint. The Five Guys over in the Hollymead Shopping Center is a million times nicer and better than this one. There is absolutely NO REASON for the rudeness that my coworker and I experienced there last week. I was speaking to my coworker and mentioned to HER that my meal was taking a bit longer than a few people that had ordered after me. I commented this quietly to her. The one worker who was assembling the food shouted at me that, " IT'S BECAUSE YOU GOT A SIDE OF FRIES!!". Absolutely disgusted. Rude. Even my soft-spoken self and coworker just said, "Wow". The oil dripping through and off the bag was gross and will stain anyone's clothes. NOT WORTH almost $10 for a mini burger and small fries and to get yelled at. Two stars because it...
