We had a great experience with Mattress Warehouse. The first great thing was their hours of operation. They were open late on a Friday night. Adam was amazing to deal with from start to finish. We were waiting on a bed frame that we had previously ordered from somewhere else, so when we bought the mattress, we put the delivery on will call. We arranged a delivery and had to cancel last minute because our bed frame still hadn’t arrived. When we realized that the bed frame we had ordered (from somewhere else) had gotten lost in the mail, we called back Mattress Warehouse to see if we could buy a bed frame to tide us over until ours arrived as we were eager to sleep on the new mattress. MW had been running a special where a bed frame was included with our purchase so Adam was able to retroactively add one to our order at no cost. Fast forward to delivery day, they showed up on time and the only issue was that they sent a queen size mattress protector instead of a king. We called over to Adam who arranged for us to drop by the Hollymead location (which is closest to our house) and pick up the protector. Adam saved the day not once, but twice! We love our new Aireloom Mattress and had a great experience with Adam and Mattress Warehouse. We will be recommending this store to anyone who is in the market for a new mattress. Thanks,...
Read moreThe service here was absolutely terrible. And not just this location but 3 SEPARATE locations. The first place we went in Roanoke was ok and we ordered the bed. However, for pickup there is no choice of timing so just hope that you can be there. The bed I chose ended up being terrible so I wanted to exchange it as per their policy. The first store I went to didn't know how to do the exchange and asked me if I could come back when a manager was there or go to a different store. I went to a different store who helped me. I thought all was good but then I didn't hear from her about approval. I called 3-4 separate times and the employee told me it was still processing (was supposed to take just a few days and this is over weeks). Finally I call again and get someone different who says my order isn't even in the system and that I had been lied to about a charge I had to pay. He then charged me and said he would definitely call in a few days since I had been waiting so long and the terrible service. He never called. When I called him he said ok. However, then the day of the delivery, we were never given notification that the bed was on its way, was there, or anything. Only after it had left. FINALLY after so much trouble we rescheduled and got the bed but it was a two month SAGA with the worst customer service and follow...
Read moreMy wife and I bought our first King sized bed from MW. Drema was wonderful! She was very responsive and helped us at every opportunity. This was a very low stress purchase...until delivery. (this is NOT a reflection on Drema) Our new mattress came without the heavy duty frame we ordered...really. My wife had to use a vacation day from work for this delivery as the delivery window was vague at best. I went in to discuss with Chuck and sat there waiting, unacknowledged for over five minutes; no welcome to Mattress Warehouse nothing. He just kept looking at something on the computer. (to be fair he was working with another customer but still) Not cool. So when finally acknowledged Chuck went to the back found me a frame and helped me to my car with it. The box was all beat up and looking like someone had returned it. unfortunately it ended up not being right for our needs. I then went back to MW and worked again with Drema who was again a delight to work with and addressed my concerns as well as apologizing for my inconveniences. She now has me on the right track. Stay tuned we will see Friday when my new frame is supposed to be at the store. In conclusion Drema was awesome!!! Mattress Warehouse needs to work on some logistical challenges.
