Willoughby Square Shopping Center — Local services in Charlottesville

This shopping center serves its purpose however. Somethings of note are it's pretty tight quarters in that parking lot. Turning and pulling out into driving lanes is not easy. It can also be a little sketchy sometimes. More times than not I have smelled a certain green "herb" in the parking lot when walking to and from my car. Sometimes there are beggars that are asking for money. They are usually what creep my fiance out because its usually very abrasive. There is a Food Lion there and I don't know if they all do this now but they have somewhat recently put theft monitors on the shopping carts.... must have been having some issues with that or why else the sudden change... Anyway that about sums it up, it will get you some food and groceries and medicine but at times it can seem...

Waited in line for about 10 minutes to drop off a prescription (was the only person there at the time) by the time they finished in the back there was a line for people to pick up their prescriptions. They waited on one then another and my husband told them I was still waiting and they replied back that we waite on people who are picking up their prescriptions first. So they started to do another customer. So I took my prescription to Pantops CVS and it was filled in 15 minutes. Won't go back to 5th Street CVS for ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! WENT TO FOOD LION ON PANTOPS ! HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED EXCEPT FOR MY PINEAPPLE JUICE. OTHER THAN THAT I FOUND EVERYTHING ELSE OK N EMPLOYEES WERE NICE. BUT THEY NEED TO LISTEN TO US WHEN WE ASK TO DOUBLE BAG SOMETHING LIKE GALLONS OF JUICE ARE TEA. BECAUSE I HAVE TROUBLE USING MY ONE HAND. THEY ALSO PUT BREAD IN BAG WITH OTHER THING'S LIKE BANANAS WHEN I ASKED THEM NOT TO PUT ANYTHING IN THE BAG WITH MY BREAD.THE BANANAS TORN A HOLE IN THE BREAD. I DON'T THINK THAT'S TO MUCH TO ASK...
