My son ordered online when I arrived to pick up his order, nobody was present inside the restaurant neither in the kitchen or at the counter I heard beeping coming from the kitchen area then popped from behind me was a lady she startled me She went to the kitchen in a hurry when I told her I was picking up a order that was placed online to go it was 8 count lemon pepper wings and fries she proceeded and bagged everything up (let me add as she was on the phone the whole time )I just left thinking everything was fine When I arrived home which is 5 minutes away from wingzone my son was terribly disappointed in the appearance and taste of the wings he has ordered multiple times he said they were disgusting and he couldnāt eat them I called immediately to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager (April) DoorDash did refund my money I just want everyone to be aware of these overcooked burnt too much lemon pepper seasoning unattended wings looked like leaving the restaurant My son definitely wonāt be ordering from this place anymore Thank you for making your job and the paying customer not feel important I hope you got to finish your phone call without any further disruption I have a picture of the wings but Iām not able to post it publicly on the website 11/16-22 3:05 pm order placed I picked up at 3:30pm and they still in the fryer when I walked inā¦pull your video footage Disgusted in Charlottesville , Shannon...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was extremely disappointed with WingZone. I placed an online order around 7:45 pm on a Sunday. The confirmation said that I could expect everything to be ready around 8:05. I arrived at the store a few minutes early and expected to wait to get my order. I did not expect to wait for 30 minutes for my order. I had been in the store for 10-15 minutes when I was told that they did have any tenders and asked if I would be ok with wings instead. I said yes and waited for those to be cooked. The staff was nice enough but they were clearly understaffed for the traffic that was going through the store. Secondly, the cheese fries had about a teaspoon of cheese on a regular (small?) order of fries. The sauce on the wings (honey Q?) tasted like a bottle of knockoff grocery store brand barbeque sauce that one finds in the back of the refrigerator that has been there for months. Finally, the price just does not match the quality of the food. I don't mind paying a premium for good food but I feel like I paid far too much for the quality...

The 3rd time I had picked up my order and when I got home one of the 2 flavors was wrong (easy mistake since both flavors had the word "ranch" in the name). I spoke with the manager and he went fixed the mistake and then some! Great service!
