We stopped in on a Friday evening to look into switching to ATT from Verizon. Talked with Rebecca and Tommy. They were great at helping us get the process going. They did hit a snag with setting up the account that forced us to be there much longer than expected, but they did a great job of keeping us informed and apologized over and over, sincerely. We had to stop back in Saturday morning to finish up, which again, took much longer than expected. Zach met us at the store, knew who we were, and was ready to tackle our account set up. Zach got us taken care of, reviewed everything with me to make sure it was all correct, and offered us charging blocks. Which isn't much, but I didn't even have to act upset for them to be proactive in treating us right. Zach also gave me his and Tommy's card with their cell numbers on it and stated to call or text with any questions. We then ran into an issue with our phones not shipping. I sent Zach a text and he looked into it immediately, and responded with how we needed to remedy the hang up with Verizon. Process is rolling again, and hopefully we get our new phones this week.
Bring the business into this store so they have a reason to stay, good business with a great customer geared attitude is hard to come by, especially in today's world.
Thank you ATT...
Read moreWaste of time and loss of a customer. Got a 1st edition Motorola razor back in 2004. Been an AT&T customer from then until today. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with an ATT rep making sure I was eligible for an upgrade, nothing would change with my billing (except the additional $11 for the new phone), and I was eligible for the $700 credit when trading in my iPhone 8. Yes I’ve had it that long. Everything checks out but I wanted to pick my phone up instead of waiting in the mail. Headed off to the Chaska ATT store. Kelly was the employee that helped me and she could not have been colder. She appeared to have zero concern in helping a customer or pride in her job. Started the process of getting my new phone only to be told I would have to pay the $1100 retail price, pay $33/mo not $11, or add the unlimited plan to all lines on my account. An additional increase of $70/mo. With Kelly’s unapologetic attitude and unwavering desire to not help a customer. I knew there was not much to be done. I left the Chaska ATT store and promptly made my way to the nearest T-mobile store. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience with a...
Read moreThis is a terrible store who can’t help! Three staff sitting there doing nothing. No Manager on duty. I went in there because after several hours on the phone trying to cancel somebody’s phone who passed away. Never actually speaking to a live agent! I was not able to get any help. First I had stopped in the Hutchinson, Minnesota store and the sign on the door said BRB in 10 minutes. That sign was left on there at 10:00 AM. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon and nobody was in the store. The gentleman in the Chaska store was not even able to access the account because I don’t have a drivers license of the man who died. They took out money on June 2. A service that has not been used since May 5, 2024. I showed the man the obituary of the person that he had no way to do anything. It is my responsibility to call around to all of the stores to find a manager in order to get to the service canceled. so glad my service is...
