This is the third time trying to order sandwiches from this place. The first time was a great experience. There were two wonderful people working to make sure meals were made just right. But, we came back a second time to find the service and the food were lacking. The people that were working during our first visit were not in during our second visit. One year later, we thought to try again. Maybe, our second visit was just an isolated incident where the workers were having a bad day. Sadly, our third visit was the worst. The female behind the counter had a runny nose. She wiped her nose with her forearm sleeve and didn’t change her gloves. She did this while I was making my order. I tried to tell her that I wanted two different Philly Cheese steak sandwiches. She insisted that I ordered just plain pepper Jack cheese sandwiches. I informed her that I wanted two Philly cheese sandwiches. Instead of fixing the sandwiches; she decided to argue with me and tell me that I asked for cheese sandwiches. At this point, she only had cheese and bread on the counter. She could have added the requested “Steaks”. And, I obviously wanted different sandwiches because I repeated my request for Philly Cheese Steaks. But, she insisted on making a point that I had asked for cheese sandwiches. I asked her to listen and and for her to make Philly Cheese Sandwiches. Then, she told me that she refuse service.
Subway, I guess we cannot get to build the sandwiches we want like the signage says at the counter. When workers basically tell customers what we want; the sign should just say pick a number NOT...

We were there today and we had 2 coupons for footlong 5.99 each, and the current manager (he refused to give his name. He looks like short guy with beard and always wearing a hat)been rude and his voice was loud responding "i can't use 2 coupons at the same time". I replied that if i can do 2 separate transactions and he said no. I said ok so my husband going to buy his own and use the coupon and pay with his card. So he refused to serve us and tried to kick us out of the store. I walked away because it is not worth wasting time with rude, inpolite, and uneducated person. I dont know how he was promote as a manager. I am going to ask who ever promoted him, to think twice as this chaska subway location is loosing costumers. Read moreI give this Subway 1 star because they have good food...... But not always great staff members preparing your food. Went there today for dinner, after a long day of work, and come to find out the best workers they had, left. Probably because of all the nonsense in ownership. The now new manager prepared mine and my wife's sandwiches, meanwhile there's a full rack of fresh bread out for everyone to see that's burnt to a crisp! Dude (manager) sweating perfusly and had to stop mid (my) sandwich to change his gloves! Gross! And gloves not always warn while handling your food. As of now we're boycotting this location until positive change happens. With that said I hope that they correct this because I don't want to see our Subway vanish because of poor judgement...
