Excellent buying experience!! Called and talked to Ron and he answered every question with detail and patience. By FAR the best price in town but without sacrificing top quality!! Best warranty as well! Took my order over phone and made the process very easy. Called several other shops (Kinetico, Culligan, Commers) and all had similar equipment but more expensive. NONE had the same great customer service! Install scheduled just a few days later after picking system.

Installation was okay, installer left a big salt mess on the floor, dropped a gasket into the salt reservoir during install that we later had to fish out, and moved the drain hose for the washing machine and didn't put it back. Next load of laundry left a big mess, but luckily we caught it. He also didn't replace the 15 year old softener drain line which is brittle and cracked so replaced ourselves to avoid future leaks. Installer needs to clean up, slow down, and double check his work.

Sales and service process was SO great, still leaving 5 stars despite the sloppy installer. Very happy to be supporting a locally owner, family run company!!

My husband and I called this company at the beginning of July, 2021. They came on July 7th and installed a salt crystal water softener. The gentleman worked quickly, and left, but we didn’t test the water before he left. About a month later, we tested our water because hard water stains hadn’t changed, and it’s still hard. We checked the water crystals in the tank, and they are still there. We have been trying to get ahold of them for two or three weeks now, and NOBODY will answer our calls, or return them! I am a small business owner and looked for one to do business with for new softener system. Reviewed them in Nextdoor , good reviews. I scheduled an appointment and after a brief inspection of my old system, he agreed with me, it was junk. Did everything they said they would do and the install was done in less that an hour. As a small Residential General Contractor I inspected the install and ClearSoft did a fabulous job.
