First time customer and we wanted take out, we decided on Patrons. Worst place we've ever eaten from! My wife got Taco's and I got a burrito with rice and refried beans with a side of black beans and a taco on the side. The Taco's we're tasteless wet moosh, felt like eating a slug! The chips and salsa that came with my meal were stail, and my burrito was thrown in the container and everything else (beans, lettuce, one lone tomato, cheese sour cream and rice all thrown on top! Yes! How am I suppose to eat this? I tried with a fork and it was a mess! And when I finally got to the chicken in my burrito it felt Soo gross like over cooked dog meat with no flavor and mooshy! We had to bring the food back for a refund, they didn't even want to look to it! And while we were there waiting for 15 mins for our refund, we saw multiple employee's grabbing tortilla chips with their bare hands! No, not washing them first and delivering them to customers! See attached photos. Hope this helps someone from having such experience as us!

If you're looking for a place to go that offers delicious authentic Mexican food, and what may be some of the best margaritas in the area, then Patron's is the place to go. Don't mind the fact that your server barely interacts with you. They're very nice, but they're on a mission. The menu is massive and I highly recommend looking at it online before you get there so as not to be frozen with indecision once you look at it. And if you drink alcohol, pick up a delicious margarita, which they also sell mix to if you want to make them at home for yourself. Every table comes with free chips and salsa to start you off and the meal portions are pretty large and VERY tasty. It's rare that I've had a bad experience there and I highly recommend it for anyone passing through the area.

I almost rated this restaurant at 4 stars, just due to the chips having a burnt flavor and the salsa being too runny/not as memorable as other Mexican restaurants I've been to. However, the main course made up for it. We ordered the fajitas for 2 at around 9:30 p.m.. The food came out about 5 minutes later (super quick this time of the night!). The flavor was amazing - possibly one of the best fajitas I've had! Service was good. The fajita for 2 was around $28.50 but plenty for leftovers for probably another meal for 2 people. Will be back!

Don't go on Cinco de Mayo! We were told 15 minute wait, waited 40 minutes. They were not equipped for a wait list. They treated the two floors like two separate restaurants with two different waiting lists. Everyone waiting was just standing around cause the only waiting spot was a 4ft bench. Which would be fine if we could hang out elsewhere with one of those buzzers or if they would text you when your table is ready. No such idea was had there. When we were finally seated the table smelled and was sticky. They gave us chips/ salsa and menus. We waited 40 minutes at the table and never found out who our waiter was. Asked two separate staff if we could order some drinks and hand gestures were the only response they could muster as if they didn't speak English. The music was unbearable as well. It was so loud my girlfriend and i could barely have a conversation while we were waiting and they weren't even good musicians. It was as if it was karaoke night with a random girl joining the band singing terribly while reading the lyrics off her phone. After the wait of never getting so much as a water for the first time in my 32 years of existence I walked out on a restaurant. Management needs to step...

Been there 3 times. All 3 times the service went from bad, to worse, then awful. Last time I was in for lunch with my brother in law. There was one other table with guests. There were 2 servers and 3 cooks. The one doing all the cooking sat with his phone in one hand talking on speaker while he worked the grill. The 2 servers spent most of the time chatting with each other at the food window. I sat facing that window the whole time. We ordered our food got our chips and salsa. I watched the cook put one plate in the window and then the 2 servers just stood there and chatted. And about 5 min later a 2nd plate was put in the window. Once Server finally grabbed the two plates and brought them to our table. Of course mine was the one that sat under the hot lamp for 5 minutes. It was luke warm at this point and did not taste good. We finished our meals paid the bill and left. I apologized to my brother in law for bringing him there as he even said his meal was not good. Will not be going back again. Too many better places to eat then to give...
