Horrible Horrible !!! That is how I will describe my experience with this Bassett location in chattanooga. Along with the unprofessional actions of the corporate office. I had finally decided to purchase a complete bedroom set and decided to go American. First mistake, you would think differently with American pride and workmanship. I paid over $4000 on a complete bedroom set. As of now the bed corner is sunk in. The dresser I paid $2000 for has a broken leg and is missing all its knobs. Which means I am not able to close and open the drawers. I have tried numerous times to have situations fixed to no solution. They sent out a handyman to fix the leg. It is now just glued and screwed haphazardly to no avail. I contacted corporate office and was offered knobs for my dresser and nothing else.. I guess if you purchase the items after 2 years there is no customer service. I am just trying to share my experience so you don’t have to go through this headache like I have.Try to choose your purchases wisely. You will get no customer service. And the furniture is not quality workmanship. This location in chattanooga has not helped me fix the situation either. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. So hopefully you don’t make the same mistake I did. Go with another American made furniture company. ...

My husband and I searched for years to find a couch that was not only comfortable for a tall man of his size but also a quality leather recliner. When we visited Bassett, it was a wonderful experience! My husband and I are in our twenties, so sometimes when we go into furniture places sales professionals tend to pass on helping us...but not Abigail! Abigail listened to our needs, showed us a few options, answered ALL our questions and more! She not only took the time to get to know us and our needs for a few hours, but she cares about us personally as well. What a difference it made! We ended up purchasing a custom option which we didn't know was possible until she mentioned it to us. Abigail gave us a quote, let us think about it a few days, and then helped us purchase it a few days later. Even though we bought furniture in the middle of the pandemic, Abigail helped give us updates every step of the way! We've had our couch now for almost 6 months and have had zero issues but lots of compliments!! Thank you Bassett--and if you go, you MUST...

As a designer, I source from Bassett frequently for clients' projects. Abigail and the team at Bassett are wonderful to work with on my projects. The quality of the furniture is fantastic from the choices of beautiful, high quality, durable fabrics to the workmanship of solid furniture pieces. Their products will stand the test of time both from a design point of view as well as durability. The communication from Abigail from the selection process to delivery date is great.

I also shop here for my own personal home with my first purchase being a sectional in 2008. It is still beautiful, current, and has held up to three growing children.
