I had an extremely distressing experience at this location while attempting to return an Amazon package. What should have been a simple and quick process turned into one of the most unprofessional and hostile encounters I’ve ever had at a store. When I politely asked if anyone else could assist with the line (since the cashier was taking an unusually long time with one customer), the employee at the front desk, Alex, responded with rudeness, gave me a dirty look, and then joined the customer at his desk in laughing at me after that customer made a disrespectful remark. When it was finally my turn, instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Alex raised his voice at me, pushed my return box so that it nearly fell on me, and told me he would not accept my return. He continued to argue and speak negatively toward me, escalating the situation instead of resolving it. I asked for security to be called and made it clear that I was prepared to call 911 due to how aggressive and unprofessional this employee was being. At this point, the line behind me had grown long, and many other customers were visibly frustrated. Thankfully, the supervisor Renee stepped in. She was calm, professional, and processed my return quickly. However, Alex continued to be disruptive even while she was handling the matter, ignoring her request to step away. This kind of treatment—mocking a customer, refusing service, and acting in a physically and verbally aggressive manner—is completely unacceptable. While I am grateful to Renee for her professionalism, no customer should ever be treated this way. Amazon and Kohl’s management need to be aware of how damaging this behavior is to their reputation. Customers deserve respect, fairness, and safety when visiting this store.

Better believe it! I saved over a 100$. I purchase a beautiful handmade craftsmanship. All natural materials deep royal blue with gold painted edges. When the original price per plate says 10$ with a 4.40$ reduced priced. In the meantime you find out the dish wear is actually not 10 Nope! Not even 4.40$. They were 2.09 a piece. Couldn’t believe it.

Tonight around 8:30 , June 25, 2025 . Chelmsford, MA . I was shopping and suddenly one of the associates emptied my cart šŸ›’, since there’s no room to push the shopping cart , I usually leave it on the aile… anyway, I asked the associate ( she) : excuse me have you seen my shopping cart? She rudely responded: nope, but actually I called who is using this cart a minute ago and no one responded and I decided to empty it . I was like , sorry I didn’t not hear you and do you know where you put my items? She was like , I don’t know šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I guess you have to go grab a new items. I responded to her , I said t I barely 😄 found what I like and you were really fast to put them back … she responded : I don’t want to talk to you , please go away . Her response was confusing and I had to show her that I was upset 😠 and then she is like I have them with me now. She handled the items with a weird look šŸ‘€ and with a racist attitude. I was like , I need to talk to your manager because I think šŸ¤” you are unprofessional …. She was like , that’s how you talk to women !!! I responded back: you must be out of your mind but I need to complain . Any way, that was a horrible experience for me as a Chelmsford resident . I frequent here a lot and usually have a good experience but there is this one Asian lady that works at the return registers who was very rude. After she checked me out, I walked through the doors and the alarms started ringing. She forgot to take off the security tag on one of my shirts. After she fixed that, I thought everything was fine, I walked through the door again and the alarm started to ring again. I went back up to her and she was speaking very rudely and told me she saw no more security tags so I walked out the door again. Later I come to find that she missed another security tag on my shoes. Now at this point, I don't have the receipt anymore. And it's going to be a hassle and a waste of my time going back to the store to get the security tag off.
