Horrible place. A while ago I went to print something with my mother since we do not have access to printers. We had a bit of trouble using the printer because it did not want to work for us. We told the customer service guy. He seemed to be losing his patience with us but in the end we got what we needed and everything was alright. The next time we went there again and I saw the same guy and we looked at each other for a moment. He looked like he was half laughing as if the stupid people had come again but maybe I misinterpreted it for a rude gesture, I don't know. So we asked another customer service guy to help us and he was about to print it since he found the papers attached to staples' email. Then the same guy from before whispers something in his ear and we're staring right at them. He says something about letting us print it ourselves. The guy that was helping us tells us we have to do it ourselves because they cant do it. So why are there cards showing us the emails and 2 options on how to print? My god. Then my mother got really angry at this other guy from before saying how we were right there while he was whispering. He gave us some attitude and told us he didn't say anything even though we were right there listening like we were stupid. So my mother told me to wait with the phone as we sent a new email to the self service printing as she went to tell the other employees. They give her attitude there too. Loving those friendly vibes right now. She comes back and we wait for about 20 minutes and nothing happens at all. My mom irritated, asks why the emails aren't working. " Oh, well if its not working try connected to the WiFi." That really helps knowing that you've been staring at us struggling to send a damn email through the printer! You're customer service for Christ's sake. So as we leave we pass by the employees my mom is ranting about all the stuff that just happens in the course of about 40 mins or so and how rude they all are. All they say its her fault for having a bad phone! We then left. Sometimes we have no choice but to go there because unfortunately its the closest staples around. We still see that same guy from our first visit and he's always glaring at us I hate it! If I could I would give this -5 stars! Please...

She came over with an attitude and said nothing. She seemed like she was in a bad mood. She held the scanner up. Didnāt say a word. I put the scanner up for the first item on my phone. She scanned it. Then she put the scanner up again, so I pulled up my second item I was returning. Mind you, she has not said one word to me. Then she asked me which item Iām returning. She pointed to her phone. I said idk which item you scanned there? I canāt see your phone. She made an ugh remark like it was my fault. Then she yelled at me bc only 1 item scanned and she needed to scan the 2nd one again. Like I should have known. Sheās like we have to scan all the items. I canāt return it by scanning 1 item only. āYou should know this.ā First, I said to her you scanned my phone 2x. Not one time did you say an item didnāt scan. I would have brought it up back to you but for you to blame me and give me attitude is insane. She continued to berate me like it was my fault. I said, again, if you could have communicated to me, I could have brought up the screen for you again but you said nothing. How was I to know? Then she walked away, so I left. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis rating is for that 1 guy that assisted me with UPS drop off not the staples store. Every other staff has been good to me and nice besides this guy with my latest visit. I dropped off 2 packages with this kid and i sent email of labels to the staffs email which they never charge me. This kid took longer and actually printed out a receipt for 2 of the return labels and charged me? Then my package had a small rip and he said he will just place the new return label on the rip. Ok, fine! but then I told him to get a marker and scribble over my old label and he was like, yes I will. GUESS WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL TODAY!?!?? That same package I tried to return!! Because the guy never even covered my old label. His attitude was very " BLAH" like he did not want to work that day. I even tried to joke with him to lighten up his mood.
A little advise for him: " Do not work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE field if you do not want to deal with...
