Michaels — Local services in Chelmsford

I only go to Michael's if there is something I am purchasing that is specific to the store, or can't find it somewhere else. Reason being , they are extremely overpriced for items you could find at Walmart, Target, Amazon at a much more reasonable price! They do offer coupons online which is convenient and could potentially (depending upon the coupon) knock off a considerable amount of money from the original price. I recently visited this store looking for said "specific" items that I had found online and were supposed to be "in stock" . They were in fact NOT in stock, and furthermore the store was quite UNDER- stocked on everything! I was very surprised to see that , given that anytime I've been here there's always a decent selection/suppy of everything. UPDATE After original post above, I've since visited this store multiple times only to find the same issues. Poor selection, understocked items, and highly overpriced. Unless you need a specific item , use a coupon/ rewards, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. I do have to say, that the staff I have encountered here are very friendly and...

Lets just start by saying to work with people you one must be people friendly, why you would proceed to yell over one customer to see what another customer wants cause you are the only cashier with not even a hello how are you and the other floor associates or so "called manager" is doodalling with whatever is crazy! Then to be more rude then the cashier when I'm picking up something I paid for that's being held by your store and you won't even look at my identification or pick up the items in the locker to see if one of them is mine "miss manager" on duty is even more crazy... I actually had to go out side call the company in order from and have them track the item and go back inside cause they told me she was lying and it was there ...never ever again.. I'll have my stuff sent back and refunded before I step foot back in that place with her entitled self. Don't hurt your self honey ... The package was not that heavy or she wanted to take it home cause she tried like hell to get me to leave...

We recently purchased some vintage Dave Matthews posters while traveling and were shocked to learn it would cost over $1,000 to ship the framed prints back home to Tampa. I brought them to Michael’s for help, and that’s when I met Ellen at the framing counter. Despite having a full workload, Ellen went out of her way to carefully remove the posters from their frames and package them in a poster tube—all on the same day—so they could be shipped safely and affordably. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Ellen truly went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure doing...
