Got the Look — Local services in Cheltenham Township

The store manager was very helpful and accommodating, which is refreshing because customer service is at an all time low these days which leads me to another point. I made a purchase online only days before and returned some of it directly to the store but they would only grant me a store credit. Apparently if you return it by mail, they'll put the money back on your card but if you return it to the store, saving them on postage, you only get a store credit. What a horrible policy. No more online shopping with them anymore. There is an over abundance of small sizes but not enough medium or large. Why is that you ask, who knows. I wonder who's sitting in the board meetings. I did score a really cute pair of black pinstriped bell bottom jeans though. Happy not...

The staff at this location are very kind, welcoming, and approachable! Not even 5 seconds in the door and I was greeted with a compliment on my head wrap☺️. I found everything I was looking for quick and easy, and was especially happy with my size being in stock. There were staff members on the floor and ready to help if needed, and when it was time to check out, there was not a long wait; I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time at this location, I’d normally go to the Parkside location because I’m from West Philly and it’s just convenient. I like this location waaaay better, everything about it is better than Parkside! Here’s a picture of one of three styles...

I bought a skirt off the mannequin, a small and I'm no where near small but it had the right tightness and stretchiness at the same time and it came with these cute flappy things on the side, making the look of me wearing it even cuter. I did buy some sport sneaks but was disappointed when the shoes I wanted were the right color but the wrong size :( Hopefully they'll get more of those shoes in because I think this may become one of my favorite shoe stores, they have a beautiful shoe collection. Btw, my first time shopping there in Lancaster ceder brook I believe, and the girls were really nice and helpful....
