Me and my husband went to this location and I got a banana caramel crunch he got cake batter with Reese’s pieces and Reese’s cups. I didn’t get caramel and the guy didn’t even mix it up well I had a whole half of banana in it. I watch how he was acting like he didn’t want to be there. My husband’s was not mixed well either he packed it up and my husband said you forgot my Reese’s cups. He got a attitude and put them in with two chops no mixing. Then asked did we want a bag we said yes he was passing us our ice cream to bag it ourselves like that wasn’t his job. I said to myself never again. I’ll only go to the one in K O P! This has to be the worse coldstones I’ve ever been to. Me and my kids literally just left and the guy behind the counter was to rude, nonchalant and just looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He messed up both of my kids orders and charged me for add ins that I didn’t ask for. He didn’t greet us and just made me feel like he didn’t want to serve us at all. You may want to interview new employees because this one clearly isn’t fit for this kind of job.
