Only giving it 1 star bc I thought the cashier was nice-but she DEF. played me. Me & a friend went to the Wyncote location on mon. Night around 8:42p(closed at 9p.) But we got served pleasantlyā€¦combined we ordered a choc. Oreo milkshake(one size) & a middle size(u love it?) choc. Devotion & added rainbow Jimmieā€™s. The choc. Dev. Is suppose to have choc. ice cream, fudge, choc. Chips & browniesā€¦ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦..Iā€™m not sure if she like kneaded the hell out of the mixture or what, & somehow the brownies disappeared? Bc there was none. And the choc. Chips or whatever they were supposed to be were so freakin hard my teeth hurt from trying to eat it & they also tasted like nothing. Paid $19 & some change. I want a refund forrreal

Like it! Love it! Get a love it with your favorite mix ins. Great place to get nice and creamy ice cream. Always a family favorite. I love when your fave fruit or treat is expertly mixed in with your selected cream. Yum!

Me and my husband went to this location and I got a banana caramel crunch he got cake batter with Reeseā€™s pieces and Reeseā€™s cups. I didnā€™t get caramel and the guy didnā€™t even mix it up well I had a whole half of banana in it. I watch how he was acting like he didnā€™t want to be there. My husbandā€™s was not mixed well either he packed it up and my husband said you forgot my Reeseā€™s cups. He got a attitude and put them in with two chops no mixing. Then asked did we want a bag we said yes he was passing us our ice cream to bag it ourselves like that wasnā€™t his job. I said to myself never again. Iā€™ll only go to the one in K O P! Shouldā€™ve gave 1 star but my family love cold stone. Donā€™t come to this one...

This has to be the worse coldstones Iā€™ve ever been to. Me and my kids literally just left and the guy behind the counter was to rude, nonchalant and just looked like he didnā€™t want to be there at all. He messed up both of my kids orders and charged me for add ins that I didnā€™t ask for. He didnā€™t greet us and just made me feel like he didnā€™t want to serve us at all. You may want to interview new employees because this one clearly isnā€™t fit for this kind of job. I usually go to the coldstones on aramingo avenue and they are so attentive and make you feel like they actually want to serve you. Feb 19th 7:00 pm. I will NEVER step foot in this...
