After today I will never shop at Home Goods again! I got 2 items. When I got to the register I noticed one was broken so they gave me a price reduction and everyone was nice so not a problem bc I could fix it on my own. I get home and my other item ( a picture frame) was broken, a piece missing. I went right away to exchange it, they didnât have the same one but I found a similar one no problem. I made sure every piece was working before I left this time. I get home & as soon as I put the picture in to lay on my table the arm on the back of the picture frame breaks off!! This is the 3rd item I bought today and every single one was broken! I am not returning the frame, at this point, I am just NEVER RETURNING TO THE STORE!!! I guess everything is cheap for a reason but itâs a waste of money when it doesnât work at all! All the staff was very nice & helpful but the store...
