Well folk just to let you all know the customer service really suck when they are very busy. If the place is pack just turn back and head somewhere else. Why you would ask. I'd because if you don't have a reservation then your a walk-in. Then they take your name and number and tell you that they will text you when your table is ready. On a very busy day they only have 1 hostess working. That should tell you right there your gonna wait 3 times longer than what they said. 20min later i got a text for my group of 4. So we went in and I went up to the front to the hostess and said I got a text saying my table is ready. Then the 3 customer in line infront of the hostess stated that's what their there for, they also got their text and all 3 showed me there phones and said that we got to go to the back of the line which was 12 more customers. So I asked the hostess is this the line I have to wait on for the table that the text said it was ready for me. Hostess stated yes and apologized. So we went to the back and patiently waited. But then I realized 1 customer asked for a seating of 10 people and they could accommodate her as 1 group but they could split her group up into 2 different tables. They said no thanks and was heading out the door when I decided to ask them they they have a reservation and they said no and then I asked did they happen to call in to find out if they could accommodate so many in a group and they replied no they just walked in to take a chance. Then the next 2 customers showed them the text they received for their tables. The 3 customer asked for a table of 4 and stated their names. Then I got upset and ran up to the front to the hostess in a very loud voice i said EXCUSE ME but do they have a reservation or are they on the walk-in waiting list. Hostess replied No. Then a stated loudly why in the hell did you have me place my name down with my cell number and then text me saying my table is ready and make me wait on this long line for over 40 more min after waiting 20 min before I got the text. That's 1 hour I been waiting for my table that you dusted was ready and this customers walks up and gets to seat at a take after waiting for 30 min. What kind of business are you running here. Isn't this first come first serve? Is she VIP or something. Hostess reply no sir she not a VIP then why am I not seated yet when I got the text more than an hour ago. Hostess apologized and stated to start us but the customer that was about to get seat got upset and left. So they lost a potential customer. Poor customer service. They should have signs at the hostess table which is big enough to say reservation walk-ins & text confirmation seating. That way everyone isn't waiting in the same line when you're table have been ready for over an hour which will most definitely have been giving to the next person that had a party of 4 while that was my table and I was waiting in the back of the 1 line they only had. After being seated i asked for extra kimche with my Korean chicken and I got extra cucumbers then when they brought out my extra kimche it was coleslaw with red chilly pepper powder. There were no cabbage in this so called kimche. So they need work on hiring a better chef. The pasta my niece ordered was so greasy must have had a ton of olive oil or something it tasted awful. Our waiter had 5 tables that I could see him going to but he did great. Wife ordered steak which was good. My daughter ordered something but took 2 bites of it and left the rest on the plate. My Korean chicken was good but all the veggies that came with it sucked. Will never order that dish again if I ever come back to this place again. I spent over $200 that night for a meal that I could have gotten it for $70 and tasted 100 times better. I advise everyone to go early for dinner so that if you don't like the food you can return it and try a different one. Went to this restaurant last night. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar. As soon as we sat down the bartender Mike or Mark greeted us. We ordered drinks and Mac and cheese balls as an appetizer (so we thought). He put my tab in a cup and indeed it said we ordered the Mac and cheese balls. He told us bread and butter would be out shortly but we didn’t get that until almost 25-35 minutes of us sitting down. That was after I had said something and the bartender had said something to a server (mind you mostly every restaurant we eat at brings us bread no matter if it’s made on the premises or brought in from a store within 5-10 minutes). Finally the bread comes out and by that time my girlfriend and I were starving. So we eat the bread and are now waiting on the Mac and cheese balls, as we still decide on what to order. Finally the lady bartender who was also great asked us if we wanted to order. I inquired about the Mack and cheese balls because at that point it had to of been 40-50 minutes of us sitting there. So we ordered our entrees and she rung up the Mac and cheese balls again. I ordered the chicken fettecinie and my girlfriend ordered the pasta chicken Madeira with no mushrooms . At this point and time I was very annoyed because all we had so far was our drinks and bread within 50 minutes of sitting at the bar. I inquire about the Mac and cheese balls and the bartender Mike or Mark said that the kitchen had to make them from scratch. That would’ve been nice to know before ordering them, but again we had been sitting at the bar for close to an hour. They had rung them in twice and to me had no excuse to bring them out as late as they did. I said to my GF it would be crazy if our entrees came out before the appetizer did. So after I inquire about the Mac and cheese balls again which were supposed to be an APPETIZER, our ENTREE’S magically come out. By that time it was past an hour and I just needed food at this point. So to get to the breakdown of my entree. All the noodles were over cooked and the chicken and sauce had no taste whatsoever. I had to add salt and pepper which I don’t do. Those condiments provided some flavor, but I was still highly disappointed nonetheless (how could you mess up such a classic dish, I thought to myself). I asked my GF how her entree was and they put mushrooms on her plate and she hates them, so she scraped them off. We both asked each other to taste each others entrees and we both said that each of ours were bland. The lady bartender asked if we wanted to send them back and we both said NO because we didn’t know how long it was going to take them to bring us out the correct food. After she asked us about the entrees we asked her about the Mac and cheese balls because we still hadn’t received them. She asked a server and 3 minutes later they finally came out. I must say the Mac and cheese balls tasted AMAZING. Better then both entrees we had!!! Even though they tasted great it wasn’t worth the wait. This was my second time at this restaurant. My first time (14 years ago)I had a horrible experience and now this was a terrible experience. Not only did it take forever for our food to come out we had to wait in a line for 20-30 extra minutes for cheesecake. Besides the bartenders who were both great and the Mac and cheese balls (which were taken off our bill), I had a terrible experience. Prices shouldn’t be high for bland/medium sized portion food ($28-$30), I can do that myself lol. Definitely didn’t expect to be in that establishment more then an hour. Read more20JAN25 my girlfriend and I came to to the cherry hill NJ location to enjoy lunch on our day off. I want to start that our waitress Megan (Hope I spelled her name right) was amazing and nothing short of a good server. However this may be the worst visit I’ve had at a Cheesecake Factory and maybe any restaurant. We first just got 2 Coke zeros, both were completely flat, told that it’s a common occurrence at this location that the Coke was flat “and someone has been out to fix it multiple times” then we get a replacement from a different machine, soda is just flat, by no means are we soda connoisseur, but when you pay a premium like you do at this establishment you expect your carbonated beverage to be…. carbonated? So then my partner ordered a Dr Pepper which surprise was completely flat and tasted awful, like the lines needed to be clean and once again, flat soda. Finally we order and I get the Cajun salmon and she got the Parmesan crusted chicken, we waited a hot minute about 40 minutes or so making ZERO complaints just patiently waiting for our food, finally the manager came by to say she was sorry we had to wait for our food and that was really it. Just as we were about to pay, stand up, and ask for our food to be boxed we received it, now after waiting ALL of that time the mashed potatoes were ice cold which were part of both dishes and the food was cold and it’s BEYOND clear the Parmesan crusted chicken was MICROWAVED because it was most likely sitting in the window dying for who knows how long, my partner had her dish returned because at that point everything besides Megan’s service at this CF absolutely sucked, it was dirty all over and I understand no one from corporate cares but why are the date tables 1 foot away from eachother? Without extending my arm on either direction I could touch either guest on both sides, zero privacy no intimacy just all round awful. Tables were worn down and missing their protective layer and chipping. Our table in particular chipped broken and had some sticky gunk that was essentially glued but wouldn’t come off with conventional cleaning methods. I appreciate the server refunding the cold dish we sent back and giving us complimentary cheesecake since it was all out of her control, but this place sucks and it’s clear as day that the quality of this establishment needs a complete overhaul and that this place is not at all what it once used to be, not that anyone in corporate CF even cares but there’s no one in hell anyone should be paying those prices receiving that kind of service.
