MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER! MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY AND WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE A SUIT ASAP FOR HIS SERVICES. I PAID 306.00, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THEY DID RETURNS AND WAS TOLD THAT "YOU JUST NEED YOUR RECEIPT". THE NEXT DAY WE ENDED UP BUYING A BETTER SUIT THAT WAS THE CORRECT SIZE NEEDED. 1 WEEK LATER I RETURNED TO K & G FASHION, CHERRY HILL, NJ TO RETURN THE ITEMS PURCHASED. I WAS RETURNING 254.00 FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THE STORE MANAGER JOHN CAPOBIANCO, REFUSED TO RETURN THE CASH (THEY HV NO PROBLEM TAKING UR CASH) AND IS MAKING ME WAIT 10 BUISNESS DAYS FOR A CHECK. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND INFORMED HIM THAT THE MONEY WAS NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH FUNERAL COST AND ALSO, READ TO HIM THE POLICY FOR RETURNS THAT WAS POSTED WHICH STATED "IF THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CASH ON HAND 200.00 N OVER, THEY WOULD MAIL A CHECK. WHILE I WAITED FOR HORRIBLE HEARTLESS JOHN I WITNESSED SEVERAL PURCHASES BEING MADE FOR WELL OVER 100.00, NOT TO MENTION IT WAS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON SO, I'M SURE THEY HAD ENOUGH CASH TO COVER THE RETURN WHICH, ACTUALLY TOTALLED 254.00. I AM ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THAT THE MANAGER JOHN CAPOPIANCO COULD'VE HANDLED THIS BETTER. WE WEREN'T EXPECTING MY BROTHER TO PASS AWAY AND THE MONEY WAS NEEDED FOR HIS FUNERAL SERVICES. I HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THE LACK OF EMPATHY AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP DISPLAYED BY THIS HEARTLESS MANAGER. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THAT STORE UNLESS THEY ARE 1000% SURE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN THEIR PURCHASE IF THEY PAID CASH FOR IT. FUNNY HOW IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD U GET UR MONEY BK IN 3 DAYS, YOU'RE PUNISHED WHEN YOU PAY CASH.    Read moreToday was TRAUMATIC. I have videos of the interaction I had with the Caucasian woman/cashier! She was utterly rude to me as a paying customer. She was blatantly disrespectful and was rushing us as we continued to place our items on the counter for checkout, while mumbling that we were âholding up the line!â Once I had enough of the negative tone received, I stopped halfway of my transaction to completely cancel it, as a result of the unwelcoming interaction we encountered with the clerk. The final straw that broke me was when she finally said, âDonât get beat up.â To top all of this off, a manager had been standing next to her during this interaction and did nothing to deescalate the matter, nor did she intervene.
