I hope this review gets to the manager of the DXL store in Cherry Hill New Jersey I was there a couple days ago before the 4th of July and the employee there a black male about 5 foot 7 a bald head clean shaven Associate #99359 not a helpful attitude was there to help me and I was looking for a pair of jeans or a decent pair of pants size 64 waist with an inseam of 30 and he had told me that DXL had taken sizes that big off the shelf because they were not financially beneficial for DXL to sell sizes that big and if I wanted something like that I'd have to order it online ..well I went to the DXL store in Deptford NJ and guess what they had my pants that I wanted in the store and I bought it... if this comment gets to the manager I would like this individual to get a not a so very good job performance interview on his record I will never go to Cherry Hill again and I will tell my large friends who may go there while this man is there to take their business elsewhere..now I'm taking my business to the DXL store in Deptford New Jersey.. the woman that was in the Deptford New Jersey store black female grayish curly hair glasses her name was Susan or Sonya I forget her name but her Associat # is 98581..she was so helpful and so pleasant that I hope the next time I go there she's there she deserves a five-star for helping me out at the last minute before the holiday.. on a final note it is so hard unfortunately for men my size to find clothing that fits my size and many many of us depend on the DXL stores to come through for us that's how important your...
Read morePrices are highway robbery. Only because they know big people have no place else to go. $400 for a pair of jeans by a designer I never heard of, and they where awful looking!! Also, when my wife and I walked in there, the elderly female manager pretty much wouldn't leave us alone. After greeting us at the door as we walked in saying welcome, We say thank you and hello and walk past her (first hint to her we need no help) she then goes thru a whole speech of how she can help us as she is trailing along behind us as we clearly state we are ok. We tell her we are ok and need no help, just looking (hint number 2 that we do not need help). Then as we are walking away she cuts in front of me and asks my name. She was very intrusive. My name is none of her business. We made several obvious notions that we do not need help. We where just there for one item, in and out. Didnt happen, during check out there is only one person doing both check out and returns, took me 20 minutes to check out and only 3 people in line. Meanwhile the female manager is still stalking and intruding on other customers privacy. One customer even said he was fine and that she would be better use at the register. She then stated that we(us plus the 3 others in line for 20 min) are doing just fine, then continues to chase down and stalk others. Think I will just go to the one in Fairless Hills for now on. Oh, and they mostly have clothes for short wide people, its a hit or miss to find and levis or other jeans in a 32 or 34 inseam. Most of it is...
Read moreThe Cherry Hill location is my favorite DXL/Casual Male XL location, ever. I’ve been shopping at this chain of stores for over 15 years and the Cherry Hill store doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s amazing the second you walk in. Staff is always great and doing an amazing job. Natalie is the absolute bomb. This shop has the best in-stock selection of everything I ever need from DXL branded stores, and has the most organized Clearance area I’ve seen in one of these shops. It’s located in its own room at the back of the suit section, and it’s a must-stop every time I’m in, and the easiest to sort through I’ve ever been in in a DXL clearance section. They’ve also got a much better selection of high-end brands and selection from those brands than I’ve seen at other locations in addition to always being in stock in my sizes, where I find other DXL/CMXL shops always seem to be out of stock so I drive out of my way to go to the Cherry Hill store. Also, again, the staff...
