m2o Burgers & Chicken — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Cherry Hill location is always empty so i said im going to give them a play. First time here. Ordered on kiosk. As im waiting i noticed the front counter floor area is covered in soda. Customer advised staff. Female stays on her phone. By the time she finally gets to it there is a really bad mess where u cant even approach counter. She looks at mess & says im not cleaning this. Let maintenance clean it. My food is finally done & i noticed they are using reg Martin rolls for the burgers. Not these beautiful glossy rolls in the pictures. Then i see my fries. They are clearly old & refried. I can see thru them. Go back to counter for salt pepper packets. They dont have any. They put some in a sauce container. I go back because i asked for sauce on side but never received it. I go back a THIRD time because i ordered a drink & never received it. He says sorry no ice. So I have a hot orange soda. Meanwhile the female employee is just on her phone texting her superior complaining about something. Shes reading the text out loud thats how i know. I will absolutely never be...

How do you offer a burger with goat cheese but not carry goat cheese? Also, if that's a menu item, why don't they know what's ON THE MENU? Ordered 3 burgers with bacon for my mother brother and myself for a Mother's Day treat and they were burnt to a crisp. No condiments were available on the burger customizing screen either. My mother was kind enough to sacrifice her sauce of choice with her fries to get me Mayonnaise. I'm on a carnivore diet. I would like Goat Cheese, 2 Patties, and Mayonnaise on my burger. I was obligated to get lettuce. I've been to the location in Norristown and they were excellent. This was the most DISAPPOINTING experience at a burger spot ever. I've worked for several. I recently went to lunch with my family, and the manager who served me was so kind and courteous from the moment I arrived. He smiled at me and shook my hand. That was what my family and I liked the most: seeing his interest in us. He also made several suggestions for our meal. He personally prepared my meal.
