I've never had a bad experience at any other city Electric other than the Rockford location. The manager was clearly upset that he even had to get up out of his seat to ring us out. The counter kid genuinely didn't seem like he knew what we were asking about which was fine, but they didn't even offer to check if any of the other branches had anything which is what most other branches will do.
