VAPE N JUICE / Dispensary HQ — Local services in Cherry Valley Township

I bought a device from the location on estate in December. I’ve seen this device at all 3 vape n juice locations near by .

Since then they have all stopped selling them and don’t carry the parts . The store on estate at least offered to order them or cal around. This location didnt offer that or any other solution.

Don’t think I’ll come back to this “head quarters” location

Recommend the bubble hive for anything you may need tree wise. They also know about the products they sell vs the people vape n juice hire that only know about vapes

Also this is just an opinion. But a lady inside was asking for Terp balls. Of course you don’t sell them and of course the cashier didn’t know what they were. She seems pretty displeased that I informed the customer of a place that actually Has them.

I sincerely would like to apologize for the awesome customer service I was able to provide a customer that you guys could not provide to me or the other customer—-

My favorite store by far!! It feels like family walking in every time. Austin is the best! He knows the products and is very personable. He’s never steered me wrong, everything he’s recommended was perfect. He’s even saved me money knowing I wouldn’t like a certain product by telling me it wouldn’t work well for what I’m used to. Not sure the gentlemens name - he looks like a big biker type guy with a beard (I mean that in the best way) but I absolutely love how he greets me every time I walk in with a "hey darlin'" 😊 such a sweet guy! Always puts a smile on my face!
