C's Candy Apples & Sweet Treats — Local services in Chesapeake

Ordered on too go to go and at first when my mother and son went to pick up the order and got back home I was terribly displeased with the contents (or lack there of). I contacted the company and the owner, Ms. C explained to me that there was a mistake and they have a new employee that didnt set up the bags correctly.(honest mistake) She has assured me there should've been a candy apple and cotton candy in the bag (neither of which we received) and was very apologetic. She seemed very sweet and genuine and wanted nothing more than to rectify the situation. She was more than helpful. I rarely write reviews but after visiting this place monday morning I was very disappointed. The lady that worked there was sweet but the candy apples were not so! I was talked into purchasing 2 candy apples which were around $7 so when I got home a ate one and I noticed the apple skin was very brown. I put the second one in the refrigerator and the next morning went to go get it and the hard candy was falling completely off the apple revealing that the apple was rotten and made poorly. I do not recommend this...

this store should be shut down the owner is nasty, ignorant, and disrespectful! She does not know the meaning of customer service and when asked if she is the owner or if there’s a manager the response was “what’s it to you” that response came from a grown woman. However security at Chesapeake square mall is great, gave the kids candy and told me that she was indeed the owner and didn’t understand why she was being so ignorant and apologized for her...
