Five Below — Local services in Chesapeake

I will not be back at this location on battlefield blvd ...I came in 20 mins to closing just to get a Keychain and walked straight to them ...the tall man with long hair and glasses is talking all loud to another employee for us customers to get the hell out ...the woman laughs ....then tells the girl watch this ...and yells it's 5 mins to closing time to go....it wasn't 5 mins to closing and I understand ppl are ready to get home but to be rude about it is unnecessary...not to mention all the other stores in the shopping center stay open until 9 and yall close at 8...highly doubt this kid works the entire day....I think the next time your ready to go dont be so rude to customers and you clearly were being loud on purpose ...he didn't want customers in there and he was making sure we knew that ...felt very unwanted and he shouldn't be acting like that ....if I didn't promise my son the lanyard for his school card holder ...I wouldn't have purchased anything...

I had gotten a bunch of balloons for my daughters birthday from the location off of sentimental drive, I went to put them in my truck and without my knowledge I looked in the sky and there was her #2 balloon the most important one of them all flying away. Frantic and still having a bunch of stops to make for her birthday I called the five below in great bridge and the wonderful and amazing Sara I spoke with said that she would blow up the #2 she went and quickly found for me as well as she was gonna have it blown up and ready for me. First time at this location and it was a horrible experience. No one spoke when I entered the store. One of the employees that were stocking was blocking many of the aisles to get to or see items on the shelves. The employees at the register didn’t acknowledge me and only said something when I asked was there anything wrong because she was standing extremely close to me and didn’t tell me why. This same employee was also swinging her badge around while standing close to me and that made me feel even more uncomfortable. There also wasn’t any greeting once I finished and was...
