Went in this evening and tried splitting the payment for my order with two separate cards. Cashier said, “we can’t do that”, and I mentioned that this is the first I’ve ever heard this. She proceeded to get her shift manager and she also stated, “I don’t think we can do that” because I told her specifically I needed a certain amount on one card and the remainder on the other. She said, “okay, put your card in”, so I did so thinking that she would ask how much I wanted on that card. Then it said, “approved” and took off what it wanted to take off instead of putting in an amount. Nonetheless…the point is…staff need to be trained to ensure all duties are covered during a shift including cash register and training on proper etiquette in customer service. I’ve been coming here for awhile and the past two times have not been a good experience. Our smoothies don’t even taste like the smoothies we order. Almost like they are fooling around and coming up with their own concoctions for people. For $7 per smoothie and being this is the primary reason people come here - you’d think they could at least get that part right. Im so disappointed and instead of providing a url, there should be a phone number to contact. I don’t want to type this out again.
Update 9/2/25: Went in to try it out again and they had a promo for a free supplement with EVERY 24oz smoothie purchase. Gentleman mentioned it not true and I showed him the app where it stated that and he insisted I was wrong as...
Read moreI feel like 1 star is extremely generous. I've ordered food here multiple times in the past few months. Each time there has been long strands (yes, multiple!) of hair in my wraps. I order a 24 oz kid smoothie for my son, and it always arrives as a 12 oz. This time I called ahead to be sure it didnt happen again...but it did! I have also put in a complaint with door dash since they didnt catch the inaccuracy of the smoothie size. Everytime I receive my order and it's wrong, I have to call the store and let them know I'm having to (inconveniently) drive up there for it to be fixed. Each time I have to call multiple times until someone answers. Once someone answers, I am questioned as to what I ordered, my name, what it should have been, what was wrong, and do I REALLY want it remade? Upon arriving at the store, it's always the same girl who doesnt say a word, but instead glares at me while remaking the smoothies and gives off the worst attitude. This time was the last straw when I was asked if I wanted the smoothie to be made as a 24 oz, or if I would "just take the 12 oz that was missing". Never been offered any type of refund, or coupon, or complimentary item. I dont complain to get those things, however...ive worked in customer service and when someone says this is a repeat problem...something should be done. I'm thinking it's going to be a while before I decide to visit this location again. So very...
Read moreI showed up at 8:58 just before closing with my baby in my arms after working out the gym. I was the only one in the store. I asked for a shake. The girl behind the counter fan me an obnoxious look and said what do you mean. Then like a rude lady ok said smoothie. I am tired I get that could have been a dumb teenagers joke. I let it pass and just yes I would just like a shake. To which a girl in the back room came out to the front and told me that they would not take my order and that I had to leave because it they were closed. The sign said open. I would have like to at least gotten my kid a cookie... but a look was shot at me that said go away. The snarky other girl just laughed. I will never come back as convient as it is from the gym. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Hey manager... you have rude employees. wAWa has great smoothies people... they won’t even care if you call...
